Build a sales management system
Kliv is an AI app builder. Describe your sales management system — stages, territories, quotes, margin floors, approvals, and reporting — and it builds the app on your own domain.
Just enter your idea into the text box and AI will build it for you
What is Kliv?
Kliv isn’t a CRM product you sign up for and configure — it’s an AI app builder that builds software for you.
You describe the app you need in your own words, and Kliv builds it: the database, the logic, the screens, all of it. What you get is a real, working app that’s yours. You can use it, change it later by asking for changes, and run it on your own domain. It isn’t a template with your name on it.
On this page, that app is a sales management system for your team’s actual process. Kliv builds all kinds of web apps; sales management is the part this page covers.
Why build your own sales system?
Many CRMs are built around leads, demos, seats, and annual recurring revenue. A parts distributor may sell through counter calls, site visits, bid deadlines, purchase orders, and margin rules.
Kliv builds the system around your process. Your stages appear in your order. Accounts belong to territories. Quotes calculate margin and stop when they fall below the floor you set.
What the pipeline tracks
Each record carries the rule that keeps the team working from the same facts.
Accounts and territories
Every account belongs to a territory. Reps see their own book, while managers can see across territories if you give them that role.
Deals and stages
Use stages that match your work, such as inquiry, site visit, bid, purchase order, won, and lost. Each stage can require the fields it needs before a deal advances.
Quotes and margin floor
Quote line items calculate margin live. If a quote drops below 18%, it moves into pending approval and cannot go to the customer until a manager releases it.
Activity trail
Calls, visits, notes, promises, and next-action dates stay on the deal. When a deal stalls, the record shows when it went quiet.
Manager reporting
Pipeline by stage, rep, and territory comes from live deals, not a Friday spreadsheet.
An example: Omar’s parts distribution team
Here’s how one business might use it. It’s only an example — you would describe your own sales stages, territories, quote rules, and approvals.
A counter call opens the deal
A contractor calls Omar’s team about rooftop units. The rep opens the account, creates a deal at inquiry, and schedules a site visit.
The site visit moves the stage
Photos and notes from the roof go onto the deal from a phone. The deal moves to bid, and the bid deadline becomes a date the app watches.
A low-margin quote stops for approval
The rep prices the job at 16% margin. The quote parks itself in pending approval. A manager adjusts one line, approves it at 18%, and the rep sends it that hour.
The digest catches silence
The bid deadline passes with no activity. Monday’s email flags the deal before it goes cold.
The purchase order closes the loop
The purchase order number lands on the deal, the stage moves to won, and the team channel gets the update.
Describe what you want to build
Kliv builds from your description, so the more detail you give, the closer the first version. Include stages, territories, quote rules, approvals, imports, and reports. Here are three to build on:
Territory pipeline
Scoped books and one manager dashboard.
“Build a sales app for six reps. Assign every account to North, Coast, Central, or South territory. Use stages inquiry, site visit, bid, purchase order, won, and lost. Reps can see only their territory, managers can see all territories, and the dashboard shows pipeline value by stage, rep, and territory.”
Quote approval flow
Live margin math with a hard floor.
“Build a quoting tool for my distributor. Quotes have line items with cost, customer price, quantity, and live margin. Quotes under 18% margin move to pending manager approval, cannot be sent until approved, and approved quotes become a printable quote page with the approver and timestamp stored.”
Distributor account book
History, open quotes, and quiet-account alerts.
“Build an account management app for a parts distributor. Import our current account spreadsheet, keep contact history and open quotes per account, require a next-action date on active deals, and send a weekly email listing deals with no activity in 14 days.”
How it comes together
Territories are real access rules. A rep’s view is scoped where the data lives, so accounts outside their territory do not appear in their lists or reports.
Approvals are states. A below-floor quote cannot reach a customer until a manager approves it. The approval, approver, and time stay on the record.
Slack can be part of the workflow. Won deals can post to a team channel, and approvals can flow back into the app, with credentials stored in a vault.
Monday assembles itself. A scheduled job can send the pipeline digest: what moved, what stalled, and what is due this week.
Sales tools are part of a larger internal-tools pattern. What teams build as internal tools shows related approvals, dashboards, and back-office apps.
Common questions
What exactly is Kliv?
Kliv is an AI app builder that builds custom web apps from a description. For sales, it can build the pipeline, account book, quote workflow, approvals, and reports around the way your team sells.
Do I get a real app, or a template?
A real app. Kliv builds your database, workflows, screens, and access rules. It is not a generic CRM setup.
Can I change it after it’s built?
Yes. Ask for new stages, a changed margin floor, a different territory rule, or another dashboard.
Can the stages match how we actually sell?
Yes. You describe the stages, required fields, and advancement rules, and the app enforces them.
How is the margin floor enforced?
A quote below the floor moves into a pending state that only a manager role can release. The approval is stored on the deal.
Can reps see each other’s deals?
Only if you allow it. Territory scoping can keep each rep to their own book while managers see across the team.
What happens to our current spreadsheet?
It can become starting data. Import accounts and open deals, keep the columns that matter, and drop the ones nobody uses.
Can it send a Monday digest?
Yes. A scheduled job can email the pipeline summary, stalled deals, deadlines, and follow-ups.
Can approvals happen from Slack?
Yes, if you choose to connect Slack. The approval changes the app state and records who approved it.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. The app can run on your own domain.
Can I move off Kliv later?
Yes. The app’s code syncs to your own Git repository, so leaving is a git pull.
