Build AI-powered customer service and support
Kliv is an AI app builder. Describe your customer service and support workflow, and it builds a portal with a manual-grounded agent, customer records, warranty checks, support threads, and escalation rules.
Just enter your idea into the text box and AI will build it for you
What is Kliv?
Kliv isn’t a rented helpdesk widget — it’s an AI that builds software for you.
You describe the support app you need in plain words, and Kliv builds it: the portal, customer records, knowledge base, agent, support threads, escalation rules, transcripts, and dashboards. What you get is a real app on your own domain, and you can change it later by asking. It isn’t a template.
On this page, that app is customer service and support. Kliv builds all kinds of web apps; this page focuses on support that lives inside your app and reads your own data.
Why build your own customer support?
A product company often gets the same questions again and again, plus a smaller number of cases that need a person and a warranty check. Generic helpdesks can manage tickets, but they usually sit beside the customer record.
Kliv builds support as part of your app. The agent answers from your manuals, customer records live in the same database, and support threads catch cases that need a human.
What the system knows
The records support needs at the moment a customer asks.
The manuals, indexed
Setup guides, descaling schedules, firmware notes, and policies are indexed, so the agent can answer from your documents.
The customer record
Orders, machine serial numbers, and warranty windows live beside the support flow. The agent reads the signed-in customer’s record and no other.
Support threads
Assigned, replied, and closed threads are rows in your database. The agent opens one when a case needs a person.
Escalation rules
You decide what the agent may resolve alone and what it must hand over. Warranty claims can always reach a person with the transcript attached.
The pattern report
Every question is an event you can count. If descaling questions triple after a firmware release, the dashboard can show it.
An example: Elena’s espresso machine brand
Here’s how one product brand might use it. It’s only an example — you would describe your own products, manuals, customer records, escalation rules, and reports.
A routine question resolves itself
A customer asks how often to descale with hard water. The agent asks which machine, answers from the maintenance guide, and links the right schedule.
A warranty issue escalates
Another customer reports a grinder rattle. The agent checks the signed-in customer’s serial number and sees the machine is 14 months old and under warranty.
The handoff includes context
A support thread opens with the transcript, serial number, order, and warranty window attached. The human starts from the actual issue.
One reply can close the case
Elena approves the replacement part and replies once. The customer does not have to repeat the purchase details.
Patterns become product feedback
Rattle reports cluster on one production batch. The support dashboard turns repeated tickets into a quality signal.
Describe the support app you want
Kliv builds from your description, so include products, manuals, customer records, escalation rules, transcript handling, and reports. Here are three examples:
Product support portal
Manuals, warranty checks, and escalation.
“Build a support portal for our espresso machine brand. The agent should answer setup, descaling, grind setting, and troubleshooting questions from uploaded manuals, check the signed-in customer’s order, serial number, and warranty window, open a support thread with transcript attached for warranty claims, and show a dashboard of repeated issues by product batch.”
SaaS help desk
Docs-grounded answers and plan-aware escalation.
“Build a help desk for our software. The agent should answer from uploaded documentation, see the signed-in customer’s plan and usage, escalate billing issues with the transcript attached, and store every support conversation on the customer record.”
Order status agent
Shipping, returns, and own orders only.
“Build a customer service agent for our shop. It should answer shipping and return questions from our policies, look up only the signed-in customer’s own orders, open a return request when the order is inside the return window, and escalate exceptions to a support thread.”
How it comes together
Support threads are yours. Assign, reply, and close threads inside your app. The records live in your database, and adding a teammate is not a separate helpdesk license event.
Updating the manual updates the agent. The knowledge base is the documentation you maintain, indexed on save. There is no separate training process drifting away from your docs.
Slack can keep people in the loop. New escalations can ping your support channel with a link to the thread. The Slack token stays out of your code.
Support is where most teams meet agents first. The agents page shows what else they can do inside your app — acting on data, filing requests, working your queues.
Common questions
What exactly is Kliv?
Kliv is an AI app builder. You describe the support app you need, and Kliv builds the portal, records, knowledge base, agent, threads, transcripts, and dashboards.
Do I get a real app, or a template?
A real app. It is built around your products, manuals, customers, escalation rules, support threads, and reports.
Can I change it after it’s built?
Yes. You can add products, update escalation rules, change dashboards, add Slack notifications, or revise the portal by asking.
Can the agent issue refunds?
It can assemble the case, but money moves only after a human approves. A refund is a decision, and the approval gates the actual movement.
What happens when a question is beyond the agent?
A support thread opens with the transcript attached and is assigned to a person. The customer does not start over.
How does it know our products and policies?
You upload manuals and policies into a knowledge base. The agent answers from those documents, and updating a guide updates what the agent can use.
Is customer data safe in the conversation?
The agent follows the same row-level access rules as the rest of the app. It reads the signed-in customer’s orders and warranty, not someone else’s.
Do I need a separate helpdesk?
No. The app can include its own support threads, assignments, replies, closure states, and dashboards.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. The support portal can run on your own domain.
Can I move off Kliv later?
Yes. The app’s code syncs to your own Git repository, so leaving is a git pull rather than a rebuild.
Can support data show product patterns?
Yes. Repeated questions and issue types can be counted as events and shown on dashboards by product, batch, or release.

Answer the repeated questions once
