Build an astrology consultation platform
Kliv is an AI app builder. Describe the astrology consultation platform you want — readings, birth-detail intake, private reports, subscriptions, gift certificates, calendar connection, and client portal — and it builds it on your own Stripe account.
Just enter your idea into the text box and AI will build it for you
What is Kliv?
Kliv isn’t a booking template or link-in-bio tool — it’s an AI that builds software for you.
You describe the app you need in plain words, and Kliv builds the database, logic, screens, checkout, files, integrations, and access rules. You own the result, run payments through your own Stripe account, and can change it later by asking. It isn’t a template client portal.
On this page, that app is an astrology consultation platform. Kliv builds all kinds of web apps; this one handles bookings, payments, birth-detail intake, private reports, subscriptions, gift certificates, and client questions.
Why DMs make the practice harder
A solo practice can work well while its administration does not. Bookings in messages, birth details in screenshots, reports as lost PDF attachments, and a hand-built monthly letter all take time away from readings.
Kliv builds the consultation platform as one system. Booking, payment, birth data, written readings, client portal, monthly letter, and gift certificates all attach to the client record.
One client’s sky, on file
The platform stores sensitive practice records with clear access rules.
Birth data
Date, time, and place are collected once at checkout and stored on the client record, readable by the practitioner and that client.
Reading shelf
Every written report a client has bought stays in their private portal and is invisible to other clients.
Sessions and calendar
Booking can run through Calendly; when a slot lands, the app opens or creates the client record and sends reminders.
Offer list
A $150 natal reading, an $80 follow-up, a $15 monthly letter, and gift certificates can live in one catalog paid on your own Stripe account.
Glossary
Your essays on Saturn returns, nodes, houses, and other terms are the source material the assistant may use.
Between-sessions assistant
The assistant answers from your glossary and that client’s reports, and files questions for you when it should not answer.
An example: Vera’s astrology practice
Here’s how one practitioner might use an astrology platform built with Kliv. It’s only an example — you would describe your own offers, intake, calendar, reports, subscriptions, and assistant rules.
A client books and pays in one flow
A first-time client buys a $150 natal reading, enters birth date, time, and place at checkout, and a client record exists before Vera opens her inbox.
The report goes onto a private shelf
Vera writes the reading and uploads it to the client’s portal. It becomes visible when she marks it ready, without sending a PDF attachment.
The calendar still works for sessions
The Calendly slot confirms into both calendars, and the day-before reminder goes out from Vera’s domain.
The assistant rereads Vera’s words
When the client asks which house Mars was in, the assistant answers from that client’s report and Vera’s glossary, then keeps the thread with the report.
The monthly letter renews without manual work
The client subscribes to the $15 monthly letter. If the card fails later, retries and a fix-it email run before access closes.
Describe the consultation platform you want
Kliv builds from your description, so include offers, prices, intake fields, calendar tools, client portal, subscriptions, gift certificates, and assistant limits. The more detail you give, the closer the first version.
Solo astrology practice
Readings, intake, private reports, and payments.
“Build an astrology consultation site for my solo practice. Clients book a $150 natal reading, enter birth date, time, and place at checkout, pay through my own Stripe account, and read the written report in a private portal.”
Monthly guidance letter
A $15 subscription with archive access.
“Build a subscription site for my astrology practice. Members pay $15 a month through my own Stripe account, receive a monthly guidance letter, read the full archive while subscribed, and lose archive access when the subscription lapses after a seven-day grace period.”
Tarot studio
Bookable readings and giftable sessions.
“Build a tarot consultation platform with 30-minute readings at $80, 60-minute readings at $140, client portals for session notes, gift certificates friends can buy for each other, and reminder emails sent the day before each session.”
How a solo practice stays solo
The calendar can connect both ways. If you keep Calendly, the platform can listen for its events, open the client record, send prep forms, and send reminders. You approve the connection once, and no key sits in the app’s code.
Privacy has a record. Birth data and reports sit behind each client’s access wall. The platform log can answer who opened a chart later.
The letter is a subscription. It renews, retries failed cards, closes archive access after a lapse, and reopens it when the client returns. The writing stays yours.
Booking, packages, and client records are shared by many practice businesses. The services solutions page covers that wider pattern.
Common questions
What exactly is Kliv?
Kliv is an AI app builder. You describe your consultation platform, and it builds a real app for bookings, payments, birth data, private reports, subscriptions, gift certificates, and client access.
Do I get a real app, or a template?
A real app. Your offers, prices, intake fields, client portal, reports, calendar connection, and subscription rules are built around your practice.
Can I change it after it’s built?
Yes. You can add readings, change prices, revise intake fields, change emails, or add a new subscription by asking.
How safe is my clients’ birth data?
It is scoped to each client record. Another client’s login has no path to it.
Will the assistant start doing readings on its own?
No. In this setup, it explains your written glossary and that client’s own reports, and sends questions to you when it should not answer.
Do I have to give up Calendly?
No. The platform can connect to Calendly and react to bookings. You can move scheduling into the app later if you want.
Can someone gift a reading?
Yes. Gift certificates can be products in the same catalog, with purchase and redemption tracked.
Do my clients need their own Stripe accounts?
No. Clients pay by card. Payments run through your own Stripe account.
Does Kliv take a cut of readings or subscriptions?
No. Payments run on your Stripe account. Card processing fees are between you and Stripe.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. The platform can run on your own domain.
Can I move off Kliv later?
Yes. The app’s code syncs to your own Git repository, so leaving is a git pull rather than a rebuild.
