Kliv is an AI app builder. Describe your call management workflow, and it builds campaign queues, callback scheduling, do-not-call enforcement, scripts, logs, dashboards, and an agent that briefs reps.
Just enter your idea into the text box and AI will build it for you
Kliv isn’t a dialer or phone system — it’s an AI that builds software for you.
You describe the app your team needs in plain words, and Kliv builds it: the database, campaign queues, scripts, callback rules, do-not-call checks, dashboards, and agent support. You own it, run it on your own accounts, and change it later by asking. It isn’t a template.
On this page, that app is a call management system. Kliv builds all kinds of web apps; this page focuses on the records and rules around outbound calling, not the phone line itself.
An outreach desk running campaigns needs to prevent double calls, keep callbacks, enforce do-not-call, and keep a clean log. A spreadsheet can show a list, but it cannot reliably enforce those rules.
Kliv builds the call desk around a database. Campaign rows can be claimed, callbacks return to the right queue, do-not-call numbers are removed before reps see them, and an agent can brief the rep from the member’s history before a call.
The records that turn calling into a controlled workflow.
A campaign is a list with rules: who is in it, which script it uses, and when it expires. A March maturities campaign can be 1,512 rows with a deadline.
Greeting, required disclosure, and questions are versioned, so the log can show which script a call used.
Every call ends in a code: reached, voicemail, callback Thursday at two, wrong number. A callback is a row that returns to the right rep at the right time.
A number marked do-not-call leaves every queue and cannot re-enter through the next import. The ledger records who set the flag and when.
Reach rates by hour, dispositions by rep, list burn-down, and script performance are visible from the same call records.
Before a call, the agent briefs the rep from that member’s rows. Afterward, it can draft a summary from the rep’s shorthand for confirmation and filing.
Here’s how one outreach desk might use it. It’s only an example — you would describe your own campaigns, scripts, callback rules, and compliance needs.
A CSV from the core system becomes 1,512 campaign rows. Do-not-call numbers are removed during import, so the queue never contains forbidden calls.
Dana and the other reps see their assigned rows, ordered by maturity date. Opening a row claims it, so two reps cannot call the same member at once.
Mrs. Okafor asks for Thursday at two. At that time, her row returns to Dana’s screen with the certificate, last conversation, and requested option already visible.
A member asks not to be contacted again. The disposition ends the active sequence and adds a ledger mark that future imports must obey.
The board shows 61% reached and script B beating script A by nine points. The supervisor retires script A mid-campaign, and Monday’s calls use the better version.
Kliv builds from your description, so include the list source, queue rules, scripts, callback timing, disposition codes, compliance rules, and reports. Here are three examples:
Queues, callbacks, and a do-not-call ledger.
“Build a call management system for our credit-union outreach desk. Import campaign lists, assign per-rep queues, prevent two reps from claiming the same row, schedule callbacks, log disposition codes, enforce a do-not-call ledger at import and send time, and let an agent brief each call from the member’s history.”
Worklists driven by expiry dates.
“Build a renewals calling system for our insurance team. Policies expiring in the next 45 days should become prioritized call lists, every call should log a disposition, callbacks should resurface automatically, and supervisors should see reach rate by rep and script version.”
Volunteer shifts on shared lists.
“Build a phone-drive system for our annual fund. Volunteers should sign up for shifts, claim donors from a shared call list, record pledges, schedule callbacks, and send thank-you emails from our domain after wrap-up.”
The brief reads one member. The agent’s pre-call brief is drawn from the signed-in rep’s view of that member’s rows. Its after-call summary lands on the member record for the rep to confirm.
Double calls can be prevented and tested. Row claiming keeps two reps off one member. Tests can rehearse several reps working one list before the desk uses it.
Do-not-call is enforced as data. Flagged numbers are dropped at import and excluded from queue queries. The ledger keeps the when and the who.
One desk down — the internal-tools page is for the dozen other tools the office is still owed.
Kliv is an AI app builder. You describe the call management app you need, and Kliv builds the queues, records, rules, dashboards, and agent support.
A real app. It is built around your campaign lists, scripts, callbacks, disposition codes, and compliance rules.
Yes. You can add campaigns, revise scripts, change callback rules, add reports, or adjust do-not-call handling by asking.
No. The source system described here is not a dialer and does not include telephony. Your phones stay; the app owns the list, script, timing, and log.
Flagged numbers are dropped when a list is imported and excluded from every queue query. The ledger records when each flag was set and by whom.
In this setup, the agent works for reps. It briefs before a call and drafts summaries after a call. A member-facing agent would be a different build.
The row-claiming workflow is designed to prevent that. Opening a row claims it, so it cannot be worked by another rep at the same time.
Yes. A callback is a scheduled row. It can return to the same rep’s queue at the agreed time with the prior context attached.
It runs on Kliv and syncs to your own Git repository, so your IT team has the code rather than a black box.
Yes. The call desk can run under your own domain for your team.
