How does builder usage work?

Builder usage measures how much you interact with the AI that builds your apps. Usage is tracked in rolling time windows — a 5-hour session window and a 7-day weekly window — so your usage refreshes continuously rather than resetting on a fixed schedule. When you reach a window's limit, building pauses until the window refreshes — your published apps and their users are never affected.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan will remain active until the end of your billing period, and you won't be charged again.

What happens to my apps if I downgrade?

Your apps stay online and fully functional. You'll keep access to everything you've built. Downgrading only affects your builder usage limits and premium features.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days, we'll refund your payment in full.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

What does Enterprise include?

Enterprise plans include dedicated infrastructure, custom SLA guarantees, priority support, SSO (SAML/OIDC), advanced security features, and volume discounts for teams.

Do I pay Kliv a share of what my app sells?

Your Kliv plan is what you pay Kliv. Sales in your app run through your own Stripe account — the customers, the charges, and the payouts are between you and Stripe. Selling more doesn't change your Kliv bill; using the builder more does.
