Build a mental health and wellness education platform
Kliv is an AI app builder. Describe your mental health and wellness education program — cohorts, weekly modules, private journals, CE certificates, and sponsor dashboards — and it builds the real app.
Just enter your idea into the text box and AI will build it for you
What is Kliv?
Kliv isn’t a course product with a fixed setup — it’s an AI that builds software for you.
You describe the app you need in your own words, and Kliv builds it: the database, the participant screens, the sponsor dashboard, the privacy rules, the certificates, all of it. What you get is a real app that’s yours. You can use it, change it later by asking, and run it on your own domain. It isn’t a template with your name on it.
On this page, that app is a wellness education platform for cohorts, private journals, and CE certificates. Kliv builds all kinds of web apps; this is one.
Why privacy is part of the curriculum
A wellness education program may include videos, readings, live debriefs, and reflection journals. The journal is often where the work becomes personal, so the privacy rule cannot be vague: the participant owns what they write.
A hospital or employer may pay for seats and need completion counts, invoices, and cohort progress. That does not mean it should see individual reflections.
Kliv builds the platform with that boundary in the app itself. Sponsors can see enrollment and completion. Participants can write honestly. The database enforces who can read what.
What the program protects
Six kinds of record, each with a different reader. That difference is part of the product.
Cohorts and units
A cohort is a unit or group with a start date, roster, and schedule. The night-shift ICU cohort and the med-surg cohort can have separate rooms and records.
Weekly modules
Videos, exercises, and readings live in the file store and unlock week by week. Week four stays closed until week four automatically.
Private reflection journals
Each journal entry belongs to the participant who wrote it. No sponsor dashboard, instructor view, or report is built from journal content.
CE certificates
Completion rules are stored as data: modules finished plus sessions attended. When the rules are met, the certificate generates with hours and cohort dates.
Sponsor dashboards
A hospital can buy seats, see enrollment and completion percentages, and download its invoice. It sees counts, not journal content.
Debriefs and recordings
Live sessions and recordings are gated to the cohort that attended them. One unit’s hard conversation does not become another unit’s library.
An example: Maeve’s nursing wellness cohorts
Here’s how one education business might use it. It’s only an example — you would describe your own curriculum, privacy rules, and sponsor access.
A hospital sponsors a cohort
Maeve’s program sells 24 seats to a hospital at $395 per participant. The sponsor gets a cohort dashboard and invoice, but not a place to read reflections.
Participants join their own private space
Each nurse gets access to the six-week course, the Thursday debrief schedule, and a private reflection journal tied only to that participant.
Modules unlock on the right week
Videos, readings, and exercises open week by week. Week five stays closed until week five, and reminders go out on schedule.
The journal stays private
A nurse can write honestly because the app has no sponsor view for journal content. Maeve can design the program around reflection without turning it into an employer record.
The sponsor sees completion counts
The hospital can see who enrolled and aggregate completion rates. That gives the payer enough information to manage the program without crossing the privacy line.
Certificates come from completion records
When a participant finishes the modules and attends the required sessions, the CE certificate generates with the right hours and cohort dates.
Describe the program you want to build
Kliv builds from your description, so the more detail you give, the closer the first version. Include the audience, seat pricing, schedule, privacy boundaries, and completion rules. Here are three to build on:
Unit resilience cohorts
Sponsored seats, weekly modules, private journals, and certificates.
“Build a wellness education platform for nursing units. Hospitals sponsor seats at $395 per participant, cohorts run for six weeks, modules unlock every Monday, participants keep private journals only they can read, Thursday debrief attendance is tracked, and CE certificates generate after all modules and sessions are complete.”
Open enrollment course
Individuals buy their own seats and join the next cohort.
“Build a mental health education course site where individuals pay $395 for a seat in the next open cohort, work through six weekly modules, keep a private reflection journal, attend optional Thursday debriefs, and receive a certificate when all required work is complete.”
Train-the-trainer track
Applications, recordings, review, and facilitator certificates.
“Build a facilitator certification platform where graduates apply for the trainer track, upload two practice-session recordings, receive reviewer notes, and get a facilitator certificate after approval.”
The wall between payer and reader
Sponsored seats do not mean sponsored access to journals. A hospital can buy seats and see enrollment and completion percentages. The journal rows are owned by participants and are never opened in a sponsor view.
The curriculum keeps its own calendar. Modules unlock by week, reminders go out on schedule, and missed debrief rules can be handled by the app instead of email negotiation.
Certificates are backed by records. A CE certificate is generated from module completion, attendance, dates, and hours, so the answer to a licensing-board question comes from the same data that produced the certificate.
Some customers may be institutions buying seats in bulk. Others may be individuals buying one seat for themselves. Both can live in one catalog and checkout; everything from solo seats to sponsored cohorts is covered there.
Common questions
What exactly is Kliv?
Kliv is an AI that builds custom web apps from a description. You tell it how your education program works, and it builds the app you own.
Do I get a real app, or a template?
A real app. Kliv builds the participant screens, sponsor dashboard, journal privacy rules, module schedule, and certificate logic for your program.
Can I change it after it’s built?
Yes. You ask for changes in plain words, and Kliv updates the app without making you start over.
Is this therapy?
No. This is education: skills, language, and structure for difficult work. The app does not diagnose, and a journal is a private practice space, not a clinical record.
Can the hospital read individual reflections?
No. Journal entries are owned by the participant who wrote them. Sponsor dashboards use completion counts only.
What can sponsors see?
Sponsors can see enrollment, completion percentages, invoices, and the cohort data you decide they should manage. They do not see journal content.
How do CE certificates get issued?
By rule. Finish the required modules, attend the required sessions, and the certificate generates with hours and cohort dates.
Can individuals join without a sponsor?
Yes. An individual can buy a seat in an open cohort with their own card, receive their own receipt, and keep the same journal privacy.
Does Kliv take a cut of course sales?
No. Payments run through your own Stripe account. Kliv does not take a percentage of seats sold.
Do participants need Stripe accounts?
No. Participants or sponsors just pay by card. Stripe is how money reaches your account.
What happens to a journal when someone leaves?
It stays theirs. You can let participants download their journal, and it is never part of a sponsor report while they are enrolled.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. The platform can run on your own domain.
Do I need a separate course tool?
No. The app is its own admin: modules, cohorts, rosters, certificates, and dashboards live in one place.
