Build an AI-powered cybersecurity learning platform
Kliv is an AI app builder. Describe your cybersecurity learning platform, and it builds hands-on labs, flag submissions, hint ladders, cohort seats, write-up review, certificates, and checkout.

What is Kliv?
Kliv isn’t a learning-management template or video-course host — it’s an AI that builds software for you.
You describe the course platform you need in plain words, and Kliv builds it: the database, lab briefs, flag submission, progress tracking, hint ladder, cohort seats, checkout, certificates, and admin screens. What you get is a real app that’s yours. You can run it on your own accounts, including your own Stripe account, and change it later by asking. It isn’t a template.
On this page, that app is a cybersecurity learning platform. Kliv builds all kinds of web apps; this page focuses on hands-on labs, cohorts, hints, write-ups, and verifiable certificates.
Why slide decks do not make incident responders
Hands-on security training needs labs, scope, flags, hints, write-ups, cohort seats, and proof of completion. A video course plus a quiz does not capture that workflow.
Kliv builds the platform around the labs you already know how to teach. Students submit flags, get hints from your lab guides, publish reviewed write-ups, and earn certificates backed by real records.
Inside the range
The records that carry the course around your lab environment.
Labs and briefs
Each lab is a scenario record with brief, scope, objectives, and flags that prove completion.
The hint ladder
An agent grounded in your lab guides reads the signed-in student’s progress and gives the right nudge without revealing the flag.
Write-ups
Students submit reports through a review queue. Approved work can publish to a community shelf with the author’s name.
Cohorts and seats
A cohort can be capped at 30 seats, and checkout reads the seat count. Seat 31 sees closed enrollment or a waitlist, not an oversold class.
Certificates
Passing the final incident creates a certificate record with a public verification page, tied to the syllabus version the student passed.
An example: Marcus’s breach-lab course
Here’s how one instructor might use it. It’s only an example — you would describe your own labs, hints, seats, prices, review rules, and certificates.
A lab starts with scope and flags
Marcus publishes Lab 4 as a compromised storefront with a scope document and three flags. The leaderboard can remember time, even if time is not part of the grade.
The hint gives a nudge, not the answer
A student is stuck on privilege escalation after two flags. The hint ladder sees her progress and gives the rung Marcus wrote for that point.
Flag submission updates progress
The submitted flag checks against the lab record. Her progress updates automatically, and the leaderboard changes.
Write-ups go through review
She submits a report. Marcus approves it from the review queue, and it publishes to the community shelf under her name.
Certificates are verifiable
After the final mock incident, the certificate issues as a database record with a public verification URL, her name, and the syllabus version.
Employers can check the record
Months later, a hiring manager can verify the certificate and see that it is backed by the course record.
Describe the security course you want
Kliv builds from your description, so include labs, flags, hints, seat caps, pricing, write-up review, certificates, and where your range runs. Here are three examples:
Web breach labs
Offense, flags, and graded hints.
“Build a cybersecurity learning platform with six web exploitation labs, scope briefs, flag submission, progress tracking, an agent that gives graded hints from my uploaded lab guides without revealing flags, cohorts capped at 30 seats, a $240 course price through my Stripe account, moderated write-ups, and completion certificates with public verification URLs.”
Blue-team academy
Log forensics, cohorts, and write-ups.
“Build a defensive security course platform with eight log-analysis labs, uploaded lab guides, cohorts capped at 30 seats, student write-ups I approve before publishing, a $320 cohort price, and completion certificates tied to the syllabus version.”
Company security drills
Awareness training with department scores.
“Build a security awareness training platform for our company. Staff should run phishing-spotting drills, scores should roll up by department, incomplete training should appear on an HR dashboard, and completion certificates should be generated for employees who pass.”
The course’s back office
Hints know the student’s progress. The agent uses the lab guides you upload and the signed-in student’s own progress rows. You can review hint conversations and rewrite any rung that gives away too much.
Enrollment counts itself. The course can sell as a one-time purchase on your Stripe account. Cohort seats are counted in the database, so a sold-out cohort closes automatically.
Write-ups have moderation. Student reports pass through approve, reject, and request-changes states before publishing.
Kliv treats courses as a business, not an upload folder; the courses solutions page walks the rest of the teaching stack, from drip schedules to student billing.
Common questions
What exactly is Kliv?
Kliv is an AI app builder. You describe the cybersecurity learning platform you need, and Kliv builds the labs, progress tracking, hints, seats, checkout, certificates, and admin screens.
Do I get a real app, or a template?
A real app. It is built around your labs, flags, hints, cohorts, write-up review, and certificate rules.
Can I change it after it’s built?
Yes. You can add labs, revise hints, change seat caps, add a waitlist, update certificates, or change pricing by asking.
Can the hint agent leak the flags?
It answers from the lab guides you wrote, and you decide what each rung reveals. Every hint conversation is stored for review, so weak rungs can be rewritten.
Where do the vulnerable machines run?
Wherever you already run them: your VMs or cloud range. Kliv builds the course around them — briefs, flags, progress, hints, seats, and certificates.
What does a certificate prove?
It is a database record tied to the labs the student passed, with a public verification URL and a syllabus version.
Can a cohort oversell?
No. The seat count lives in the database checkout reads. Once the cap is reached, the next buyer sees closed enrollment or a waitlist.
Does Kliv take a cut of course sales?
No. Payments run on your own Stripe account, and card fees are between you and Stripe.
Can students publish write-ups?
Yes, if you allow it. Write-ups can go through a moderation queue before publishing to a community shelf.
Can I move off Kliv later?
Yes. The app’s code syncs to your own Git repository, so leaving is a git pull rather than a rebuild.
