Here’s how one coach might use a coaching business platform built with Kliv. It’s only an example — you would describe your own offers, prices, booking rules, materials, and client dashboard.
A free discovery call creates the client record
A new client books a free 20-minute call from Mira’s public page. The zero-dollar checkout creates the client record, so later history starts in the right place.
The program opens after payment
The client enrolls in the $1,800 eight-week program through Mira’s Stripe account. Week one materials open and the cohort schedule appears in the dashboard.
Homework and feedback stay together
In week four, the client uploads a recorded talk. Mira leaves timestamped feedback, and both remain on the client record for week-eight review.
A reschedule follows the 24-hour rule
A production incident blocks Thursday. The client moves the session inside Mira’s 24-hour rule, and the calendar releases the old slot.
A session pack tracks its balance
After graduation, the client buys a $700 five-session pack. Each booking spends one session, and when the balance reaches zero the calendar offers renewal.
The alumni tier keeps materials open
The client joins the $40 monthly alumni tier for group calls and the materials library. Failed-card retries and a recovery email can run before Mira has to intervene.

How private is client work?

Do clients need their own Stripe accounts?

Can I keep using Calendly at first?
Yes, if that is how you want to start. The platform can react to Calendly events instead of replacing the calendar on day one.
Can I move off Kliv later?
Yes. The app’s code syncs to your own Git repository, so leaving is a git pull.
