Build a sentiment analysis and review monitoring tool
Kliv is an AI app builder. Describe your sentiment analysis and review monitoring tool — sources, queues, themes, versions, replies, trends, and digests — and it builds the app on your own domain.
Just enter your idea into the text box and AI will build it for you
What is Kliv?
Kliv isn’t a dashboard subscription you sign up for and configure — it’s an AI app builder that builds software for you.
You describe the app you need in your own words, and Kliv builds it: the database, the logic, the screens, all of it. What you get is a real, working app that’s yours. You can use it, change it later by asking for changes, and run it on your own domain. It isn’t a template with your name on it.
On this page, that app is a review monitoring tool for your product team’s workflow. Kliv builds all kinds of web apps; review monitoring is the part this page covers.
Why build your own review monitoring tool?
Store dashboards can show an average rating, but product teams need the details: review text, locale, version, theme, reply status, and what changed after a release. A small team may need a narrow tool more than a broad agency dashboard.
Matteo’s bird-identification app gets about two hundred reviews a week in fourteen languages. Kliv builds a queue where each review is read once, tagged with the team’s own themes, compared to release dates, and summarized for Monday.
Reviews, themes, and releases
Each judgment lands in a row and can be reported later.
Review row
Source, version, locale, rating, text, triage state, and reply status stay together. The queue serves unread rows in order.
Theme
Use your taxonomy, such as “false ID on gulls” or “login loop.” Every tagged review feeds a trend line.
Release
Release dates are records, so charts can break at 4.2 and 4.2.1 instead of averaging everything together.
Reply
Draft, post, and mark replies done with author and date on the record.
Digest
Monday’s summary can assemble volumes by theme, movers, and reviews worth quoting in standup.
An example: Matteo’s bird-identification app
Here’s how one business might use it. It’s only an example — you would describe your own sources, themes, release history, and reply rules.
A release creates a boundary
Matteo records version 4.2 with its date and changelog. Incoming reviews now carry that version for trend comparison.
The queue keeps reading organized
Thursday’s reviews arrive. Matteo tags eleven as “login loop” before lunch, and the queue knows which rows are still unread.
A theme rises before support sees it
The login-loop trend line bends upward against a flat baseline before the support inbox has many tickets.
The fix gets its own comparison point
Version 4.2.1 ships. The chart breaks at that release, so the team can see whether login-loop reviews dropped after the fix.
Replies close the loop
Each tagged reviewer gets a personal reply noting the fix. The reply status sits on the review so nobody answers twice.
Describe what you want to build
Kliv builds from your description, so the more detail you give, the closer the first version. Include sources, import method, themes, release tracking, language handling, and digest content. Here are three to build on:
App studio desk
Two stores, themes, versions, and reply status.
“Build a review triage desk for my mobile app team. Import App Store and Play Store reviews weekly, store source, app version, locale, rating, text, triage state, theme, and reply status, use our own themes such as login loop and pricing confusion, compare trends across releases, and send a Monday digest to the team.”
Restaurant group monitor
Location queues and owner reports.
“Build a review monitor for my six-location restaurant group. Each review is tagged by location and topic, managers see only their own location’s queue, owners see all locations, and the weekly email shows rating changes, repeated complaints, and five reviews worth quoting.”
Product line feedback
Marketplace reviews by product and batch.
“Build a feedback tracker for my cookware brand. Import marketplace reviews by CSV, file each review by product and production batch, tag quality themes such as handle heat or warped lid, track reply status, and send a monthly trend report to the workshop.”
The parts that run on their own
Ingestion follows the source rules. Where a store offers an official export or API, a scheduled function can pull it. Where it does not, a weekly CSV upload can still feed the same tables.
Search can cover the archive. Semantic search over your own review rows can find old complaints even when nobody tagged them exactly.
The desk reports to where the team works. A Monday job can post the digest to Slack through Kliv’s Slack integration, with credentials stored as secrets.
Half of an AI app is honest filing; the other half is retrieval. Both appear in AI apps that start from data they already own.
Common questions
What exactly is Kliv?
Kliv is an AI app builder that builds custom web apps from a description. For review monitoring, it can build imports, queues, themes, release tracking, replies, search, and digests.
Do I get a real app, or a template?
A real app. Kliv builds your tables, screens, workflows, and reports around your review process.
Can I change it after it’s built?
Yes. Ask for new themes, a different digest, another source, or changed triage states.
Does Kliv scrape review sites?
No. Reviews come through official exports and APIs where available, or uploads where that is what the source allows.
Who does the sentiment scoring?
Your team can record the verdict. The queue makes that fast, and trends are computed from rows your team can defend.
Can it tell which version a complaint belongs to?
Yes. Version can be a column on every review, and releases can be date records, so charts break at ship dates.
What if reviews arrive in many languages?
Keep the original text untouched and add a working translation column if your team wants one. Themes can still be applied consistently.
Can every review be read once?
Yes. The queue can track triage state so a reviewer can stop halfway and resume without rereading.
Can managers see only their own location or product line?
Yes. Access can be scoped by location, product, team, or any rule you describe.
Can the digest go to Slack?
Yes. Kliv can connect to Slack and post scheduled summaries if you choose that workflow.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. The app can run on your own domain.
Can I move off Kliv later?
Yes. The app’s code syncs to your own Git repository, and your review rows are exportable.
