Kliv is an AI app builder. Describe your juku — classes, seats, subjects, fees, practice exams, and guardian pages — and it builds the system around your timetable.
Just enter your idea into the text box and AI will build it for you
Kliv isn’t a school administration product you configure — it’s an AI that builds software for you.
You describe the app you need in your own words, and Kliv builds it: the database, the rules, the screens, the family pages, and payment flow if you collect tuition online. What you get is a real application that’s yours. You can run it on your own domain, connect your own accounts, and change it later by asking. It isn’t a template.
On this page, that app is a juku management system. Kliv builds all kinds of web apps; this one is for an exam-prep school with per-subject enrollment, fees, and practice-exam reporting.
A juku may have students in different grades, taking different subjects, on different nights, with a different target school for each family. A wall chart can show who sits where, but it cannot bill math without English, plot November’s practice-exam gap, or stop a fifteenth enrollment in a room with fourteen desks.
Most school software assumes homerooms, fixed terms, and one tuition structure. Kliv builds around the juku’s actual shape: students, subjects, seats, exams, fees, make-ups, and guardian reports.
Five records keep the school’s work together, with the rules enforced where the data lives.
Each student record carries grade, school, guardian contacts, and target-school list. Practice-exam charts are drawn against that target.
A class is a subject, weekday, time slot, and desk count. When the fourteenth desk fills, the fifteenth enrollment is refused by the system.
Every mock exam lands as scores and deviation values per subject, plotted against the target line so teachers and families see the same gap.
Monthly tuition per subject, sibling rates, and summer or winter intensives can live in one catalog and one family account, billed through your own Stripe account when you want online payment.
An absence creates a make-up credit tied to the missed class. The booking page offers only same-subject slots with an open desk.
Here’s how one school might use a juku management system built with Kliv. It’s only an example — you would describe your own subjects, seats, fees, exam rules, and family reports.
Kenta is in ninth grade and aiming at the prefectural high school. His mother enrolls him in math and English. Two seats are checked against two classes, and tuition starts on the first invoice.
His first practice exam shows a deviation value of 48 against a target line of 55. The gap is visible on the teacher’s screen and the family’s page.
The summer intensive costs ¥29,800 for ten days and has 20 seats. The twentieth enrollment goes through; the twenty-first finds checkout closed.
In autumn, Kenta misses two classes and dips on the chart. Make-up credits appear against the missed subjects, and a teacher comment goes into the family report.
Kenta gets in. His record keeps the scores, comments, enrollments, invoices, and reports, and the desk opens for a fifth-grader starting next week.
Kliv builds from your description, so the more detail you give, the closer the first version. Say how enrollment works, what each subject costs, how seats are capped, what exams you track, and what families should see. Here are three to build on:
Per-subject enrollment, seat caps, tuition, and mock exams.
“Build a management system for my entrance-exam juku. Track 84 students by grade, school, guardian contacts, and target school. Let families enroll by subject, enforce seat caps per classroom, bill monthly tuition by subject, and track practice-exam scores with deviation values and family-facing charts.”
Weekly classes, placement, fees, and lesson notes.
“Build a school management app for my eikaiwa. Offer weekly conversation classes by level, place new students with a short assessment, charge ¥9,800 per month per course, let teachers write lesson notes after each class, and let parents see attendance and notes for their own child.”
Slots, sessions, invoices, and family progress notes.
“Build a tutoring studio app where I manage 20 students, book weekly one-on-one slots, log each session, invoice parents monthly, and share progress notes with each family through a private page.”
Tuition should not be a spreadsheet beside the schedule. Math on Tuesday–Friday bills at ¥13,200 a month because the enrollment says so. Drop English, and the next invoice already knows. Intensives sell through the same checkout, capped by the classroom, with payments landing in the juku’s own Stripe account when online payment is enabled.
The family side can speak the family’s language. Kliv apps support Japanese, so guardian pages, invoices, and monthly report emails can read the way a Kawasaki parent expects. Each guardian’s login reaches one child’s reports, charts, and invoices. The boundary is a database rule.
Under the exam charts, this is a teaching business with enrollment, curriculum, and completion. That wider course shape is covered on the course solutions page.
Kliv is an AI that builds custom web apps from a description. For a juku, it builds the enrollment records, class schedule, seat rules, tuition logic, exam charts, and family pages.
A real app. Kliv builds the database, logic, and screens around your school’s subjects, fees, rooms, and reports.
Yes. You can ask to add a subject, adjust fees, change the make-up policy, add a report field, or build a new guardian view later.
No. Kliv does not meter your roster. Tuition payments, if you collect them online, run through your own Stripe account.
No. A guardian’s login reaches only their child’s reports, invoices, practice-exam charts, and messages.
An absence can create a make-up credit tied to the missed class. The booking page can offer only same-subject slots with an open desk, expiring on the date your policy sets.
Yes. The class record includes the desk count, and an enrollment that would exceed it is refused.
Yes. You can record scores and deviation values per subject and show them against each student’s target line.
Yes. Kliv apps can support Japanese, including guardian pages, invoices, and monthly report emails.
Failed cards can retry and send recovery emails. If an invoice remains unpaid past your grace period, enrollment status can change on the schedule you define.
No. The app is its own admin. You edit students, classes, fees, reports, and page text inside the system.
Yes. The system can run on your own domain.
