Why build your own consulting platform?
A two-partner operations consultancy may run on engagements: scoped, phased, and owned by a partner. But the software around it is often a deliverables spreadsheet, a shared folder nobody trusts, and invoices assembled by hand.

An inquiry enters the pipeline
A website form creates a pipeline row, and the on-call partner gets a Slack message through an authorized app connection.
The proposal becomes the engagement
The proposal is drafted against the inquiry record. When the client accepts, it becomes the engagement with the same scope and phases.
The client signs into their room
The client team gets accounts under its own organization. They see their engagement, deliverables, and invoices, but no other client’s work.
