Build an automotive and transportation platform
Kliv is an AI app builder. Describe your transportation operation, and it builds a real app with capacity-safe bookings, charter quotes, hotel accounts, driver manifests, and Stripe payments.
Just enter your idea into the text box and AI will build it for you
What is Kliv?
Kliv isn’t a generic booking widget. It’s an AI app builder that builds software for you.
You describe the app you need in your own words, and Kliv builds it: the database, booking rules, checkout, driver views, partner accounts, invoices, and reports. What you get is a real app that’s yours. You can run payments through your own Stripe account, use your own domain, and keep changing it by asking for changes. It isn’t a template with your logo on it.
On this page, that app is an automotive and transportation platform. Kliv builds all kinds of web apps; this is one built around vehicles, capacity, schedules, quotes, and accounts.
Why build your own transportation platform?
A transport company does not just sell time slots. It sells seats on real vehicles, private charter quotes, hotel-account bookings, driver schedules, and monthly invoices. A booking widget that does not know the difference between a shuttle seat and a charter will eventually oversell a run or make dispatch retype work.
Kliv builds the system around the operation: vehicles, runs, manifests, quotes, partner accounts, payments, and invoices as records in the same database.
What dispatch tracks
The records that replace the whiteboard and group text.
Vehicles and seats
Each van is a record with capacity, plate, and maintenance status. A vehicle marked in the shop drops out of scheduling by rule.
Scheduled runs
A run has a route, vehicle, driver, and manifest. Capacity comes from the vehicle and is checked when each seat sells, so the ninth passenger cannot book an eight-seat run.
Charter quotes
A charter inquiry holds route, date, party size, and price. When the quote is accepted and paid, it becomes a booking on the same record.
Hotel accounts
Hotel front desks can sign in under their account and book for guests without a card. Each booking accrues to the month’s itemized invoice.
Driver view
Each driver sees their own runs, pickup order, passenger names, and flight numbers, and nothing that belongs to another driver.
An example: Dee’s airport shuttle company
Here’s how one transportation business might use it. It’s only an example — you would describe your own fleet, routes, prices, partners, and dispatch rules.
The last seat sells safely
A guest books seat eight of eight on the 4:10 a.m. airport run and pays $38 through Dee’s Stripe account. The next shopper is offered the 6:40 because the run is full.
The driver gets the manifest
At 4:10 a.m., the driver’s phone shows eight names, three hotel pickups in order, and two flight numbers. The driver does not need the office whiteboard.
A delayed flight updates riders
Dispatch moves an afternoon pickup by 30 minutes. The four riders tied to that flight get an update email from the company’s domain.
A hotel books under its account
The Alpenrose front desk adds four guests to Thursday’s run without a card. The bookings accrue to the hotel account for month-end billing.
The partner invoice adds up
At month-end, the Alpenrose statement is computed from its bookings, line by line, with the hotel’s tax ID on the invoice.
Describe what you want to build
Kliv builds from your description, so the more detail you give, the closer the first version. Include vehicles, capacity, routes, prices, partner accounts, and who sees what. Here are three to build on:
Airport shuttle booking
Scheduled runs, hard capacity, online payment, and driver manifests.
“Build an airport shuttle booking site for our resort-town company. We have 12 vehicles with different seat counts, scheduled airport runs at 4:10, 6:40, and 9:15 a.m., online payment at $38 per seat, hard capacity per vehicle, and a driver view with the day’s manifest, pickup order, and flight numbers.”
Charter quote pipeline
Inquiry to accepted paid booking.
“Build a charter quoting tool for our van service. Each inquiry should capture route, date, pickup time, party size, luggage count, and notes. Staff attach a price, the customer accepts and pays online, and the accepted quote becomes a booking on the dispatch calendar.”
Hotel account portal
Book now and settle monthly.
“Build a partner portal where six hotel front desks book shuttle seats for guests under their own accounts. No card is required at booking, each hotel receives an itemized monthly invoice with guest names and trip dates, and hotel staff can see only their own bookings.”
How the operation connects
Different payment shapes can share one catalog. A $38 shuttle seat is a one-time purchase, a charter is a quoted price paid up front, and hotel accounts can settle monthly. Peak ski-weekend pricing can open and close on the dates you set. Payments run through your own Stripe account.
Access follows the role. A driver’s session reads that driver’s runs. A hotel’s session reads that hotel’s bookings. The rules sit on the rows, so one partner cannot browse another partner’s guest list.
You can rehearse before the season. In the Sandbox, you can sell out holiday runs, test a failed card, refund a cancelled charter, and check invoices before a real guest pays.
Businesses like this often need booking, partner accounts, driver tools, and operations reports in one place. Kliv for local services covers that pattern more broadly.
Common questions
What exactly is Kliv?
Kliv is an AI app builder that creates custom web apps from a description. For transportation, it builds the booking flow, vehicle records, capacity checks, driver manifests, partner accounts, payments, and invoices around your operation.
Do I get a real app, or a template?
A real app. Kliv builds the data, rules, checkout, screens, and reports for your fleet and routes, not a generic booking form.
Can I change it after it’s built?
Yes. You can ask for changes later, such as adding a route, changing partner terms, adding a vehicle, or changing how charters are quoted.
Can a run oversell?
The app can check the vehicle’s capacity when each seat sells, so once a run is full it stops offering seats on that run.
Can drivers see the whole business?
Only if you allow it. A driver view can show that driver’s runs, manifests, and pickup order without exposing the books or other drivers’ days.
How do hotel accounts settle?
Bookings accrue as rows under the hotel account. The month-end invoice totals them, itemizes each booking, and can include the hotel’s tax ID.
What happens when a flight is delayed?
Dispatch can move the run, and riders attached to that flight can receive an email in your wording from your domain.
Do we need terminals or special hardware?
No. Guests pay online, drivers use phones, and hotel staff use a browser.
Does Kliv take a cut of payments?
No. Payments run through your own Stripe account. Card fees are between you and Stripe.
Do customers need their own Stripe accounts?
No. Customers just pay by card.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. The booking site, driver view, and partner portal can run on your own domain.
Can I move off Kliv later?
Yes. The code syncs to your own Git repository, so leaving is a git pull rather than a rebuild.
