Kliv is an AI app builder. Describe your delivery workflow — jobs, drivers, dispatch, proof, client portals, rates, and invoices — and it builds the system.
Just enter your idea into the text box and AI will build it for you
Kliv isn’t parcel-network software with fixed fields — it’s an AI that builds software for you.
You describe the app you need in plain words, and Kliv builds it: the data, the workflow, the screens, and the rules. What you get is a real web app that’s yours, available on your own domain for staff and clients, and you can change it later by asking. It isn’t a template.
On this page, that app is a dispatch and delivery system for a courier operation, including invoicing on your own Stripe account where needed. Kliv builds all kinds of web apps; this is one example.
Courier software is often priced per driver and built for parcel networks. A same-day city courier has local rules: pharmacy runs before ten, legal filings ahead of routine jobs, and different proof requirements at a hospital loading dock than at a house.
Kliv builds dispatch around those rules. Jobs, drivers, zones, rates, proof, tracking, and client access live in one database. Radio can still be used for exceptions, but it stops being the record.
Five records keep the day moving.
Pickup, drop-off, time window, priority, and state move from booked to assigned, picked up, and delivered. Every state change records who caused it and when.
Today’s jobs appear by state and driver. The unassigned column is the dispatcher’s list, and jobs move by drag.
Each driver’s phone shows stops in order with addresses, notes, and windows. Completing a stop updates the office board at the same time.
Photo, signature, name, and timestamp can be captured at the doorstep and filed to the job in the file store.
Each client can have per-zone rates, priority tiers, and its own booking portal. Their view is scoped to their own shipments.
Here’s how one courier business might use a delivery system built with Kliv. It’s only an example — you would describe your own jobs, drivers, rate cards, proof rules, and invoicing.
The law firm’s paralegal books a courthouse run. The rate computes from the firm’s card and delivery zone, and the job appears in dispatch unassigned.
The dispatcher drags the job onto Devon, who is already heading downtown. His phone run sheet reorders without a radio call.
At the clerk’s counter, Devon captures a signature and photo. The timestamped proof attaches to the job, and the state flips to delivered.
The paralegal’s tracking page shows delivered with proof attached, so the office phone does not ring.
Every completed delivery records a usage event on the client account. The invoice uses the same events, so the count and bill match.
Kliv builds from your description, so the more detail you give, the closer the first version. Include job states, driver screens, proof, client portals, rates, and billing. Here are three examples:
Board, run sheets, proof, and rate cards.
“Build a dispatch system for our 14-driver same-day courier company. Include a live job board, mobile driver run sheets, photo and signature proof of delivery, per-zone client rate cards, and monthly invoices by completed delivery.”
Custody, temperature checks, and priority tiers.
“Build a delivery system for our medical courier service. Include temperature check-offs at pickup and delivery, chain-of-custody signatures, priority tiers per client, and a review queue for missed temperature checks.”
Crews, time windows, photos, and rebooking.
“Build a two-person furniture delivery scheduler. Group routes by neighborhood, assign crews, show customer time windows, require damage-check photos at handoff, and create a rebooking flow for missed windows.”
Client portals are access rules. Each business account sees its own bookings, tracking pages, proofs, and invoices. The scoping is row-level security in the database.
The day can close itself. A scheduled job can email each account a day-end manifest with proof attached.
The flow can be tested first. A Scenario test can book, assign, and deliver a test parcel in a real browser against a disposable copy of your data, with a receipt showing what was written and refused.
Dispatch is an internal tool with your margin riding on it. More tools in that family live on Kliv’s internal-tools page.
Kliv is an AI that builds custom web apps from a description. For delivery management, it builds the dispatch board, driver screens, client portals, proof records, and billing workflow you describe.
A real app. It is built around your job states, drivers, zones, rate cards, proof requirements, and client access.
Yes. Ask for a new proof requirement, rate rule, client portal field, or dispatch state, and Kliv updates the app.
Yes. Each business account can get a portal to book jobs, watch status, and see proof when delivery is complete.
Whatever your service terms require: photo, signature, name at the desk, or all three. Proof is captured on the driver’s phone, timestamped, and attached to the job.
Each completed delivery records a usage event on the client’s account at their rate. Invoices are generated from those events through your own Stripe account.
No. The run sheet is a web app opened in the phone browser with the driver’s sign-in.
No. Payments run on your own Stripe account. Card processing fees are between you and Stripe.
No. Clients pay by card when card payment is used; the Stripe account is yours.
No. Client access can be scoped to their own bookings, tracking pages, proofs, and invoices.
Yes. Staff and client pages can run on your own domain.
Yes. The code syncs to your own Git repository, and delivery records can be exported.
