Build a custom wedding and event management system
Kliv is an AI app builder. Describe your wedding and event management process, and it builds couple workspaces, timelines, vendors, RSVPs, run sheets, payments, and a master calendar.
Just enter your idea into the text box and AI will build it for you
What is Kliv?
Kliv isn’t a wedding-management product you sign up for and configure. It’s an AI that builds software for you.
You describe the app you need in plain words, and Kliv builds it: the database, the logic, the screens, and the workflows. What you get is a real, working app that’s yours. You can use it, change it later by asking for changes, and run it on your own domain and, for packages and invoices, your own Stripe account. It isn’t a template with your name on it.
On this page, that app is a wedding and event management system for your planning studio. Kliv builds all kinds of web apps; this is one of them, and that’s what the rest of this page covers.
Why planners outgrow the binder
A planning studio may run many weddings at once. Each one has a venue contract, vendor list, RSVP count, budget, timeline, and hard date. Generic project tools do not know that guest counts freeze, vendors are shared but contracts are not, and coordinators can be double-booked.
Kliv builds the system around your studio’s process. Couples, vendors, timelines, RSVPs, packages, payments, files, and run sheets become records with rules the app enforces.
What the binder becomes
These records carry a wedding from contract to send-off.
Couple records
Each couple record keeps names, date, venue, package, and decisions. The couple signs in and sees only their own wedding.
Vendor contracts and contacts
Florists, caterers, musicians, and rental companies keep contract PDFs, delivery windows, and the weddings they are booked on.
Master calendar
Milestones, tastings, walkthroughs, and wedding days appear on one studio-wide view, so coordinator conflicts surface early.
RSVPs and headcount
Guests reply on the couple’s page with meal choices, plus-ones, and dietary notes. The final count can freeze on the contract date.
Run sheets
The day-of schedule, contacts, cues, and floor details are readable on a coordinator’s phone and printable for the venue.
Packages and invoices
Planning packages can sell at checkout, and later charges such as headcount, overtime, or rentals can be invoiced from the same customer record.
An example: Alina’s wedding planning studio
Here’s how one studio might use it. It’s only an example — you would describe your own packages, milestones, vendor process, RSVP rules, and payment terms.
A contract opens the timeline
A couple books Alina’s $6,800 full-service package at checkout. Their timeline appears with the studio’s milestones already loaded.
Vendors attach to the wedding
Nine months out, the florist, caterer, and string quartet are added with contracts and delivery windows. The master calendar gains the related dates.
RSVPs become usable records
Three months out, guests reply on the couple’s page. Meal choices, allergies, and plus-ones become rows nobody has to retype.
The headcount freezes on time
Twenty-one days before the wedding, the RSVP form closes because the caterer’s deadline is a rule in the app.
The run sheet guides the week
The coordinator works from the phone-friendly schedule with vendor arrivals, contacts, cues, and floor details.
Post-event work stays attached
After the wedding, the headcount invoice goes out, the photographer’s gallery attaches to the couple’s room, and the event archives for later reference.
Describe the wedding system you want
Kliv builds from your description, so the more detail you give, the closer the first version. Include packages, timelines, vendor rules, RSVP fields, freeze dates, run sheets, and payments. Here are three to build on:
Full-service studio
Per-couple workspaces and a studio-wide calendar.
“Build a wedding planning app for my studio. Each couple gets a timeline, vendor list, budget tracker, RSVP page with meal choices and allergies, and a run sheet. Coordinators share one master calendar.”
Venue event office
Availability, tours, packages, and headcounts.
“Build an event management system for our barn venue. Track date availability, tour scheduling, catering headcounts per event, and packages couples can book and pay for online.”
Corporate events desk
Per-event workspaces with approval steps.
“Build an event management tool for corporate clients. Give each event a workspace, vendor contacts, attendee registration pages, and an approval step before anything reaches the calendar.”
The load-bearing parts
Each couple’s login opens only their wedding: guest list, budget, gallery, invoices, and run sheet. Your team can see all weddings. That boundary is enforced in the database.
Packages can be products. A full-service package can be paid at booking through your studio’s Stripe account, and later charges can be invoiced from the same customer record.
Scheduled jobs can send week-of vendor packets, freeze-date warnings, and RSVP digests. You can also ask for Scenario tests, such as trying to book a tour on a blocked date and checking that the form refuses. Ticketed showcases and public paid events are covered on the events solutions page.
Common questions
What exactly is Kliv?
Kliv is an AI that builds custom web apps from a description. You tell it what you need, it builds the app, and you own the result. For this page, that means a wedding and event management system with couple workspaces, vendor records, RSVPs, run sheets, packages, invoices, and a studio calendar.
Do I get a real app, or a template?
A real app. Kliv builds the database, the logic, and the screens for your specific case. It is not a pre-made theme you fill in.
Can I change it after it’s built?
Yes. You ask for changes in plain words and Kliv updates the app, without starting over.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. The app can run on your own domain and go live as soon as you build it.
Can I move off Kliv later?
Yes. The code syncs to your own Git repository, so leaving is a git pull, not a rebuild.
Does Kliv take a cut of payments?
No. Payments run through your own Stripe account. Stripe’s card-processing fees are between you and Stripe.
Do my customers need their own Stripe accounts?
No. Your customers pay by card. Stripe is how money reaches your account; they do not need to manage Stripe.
What does a couple see when they sign in?
Their own wedding: timeline, RSVPs, gallery, invoices, and any files or forms you share. They do not see other weddings.
Can the system follow our payment schedule?
Yes. Packages and later charges can follow the terms you describe, including checkout at booking and invoices after the event.
Can vendors have logins?
Yes. Vendors can see delivery windows, run sheets, and contacts for the weddings they are attached to, without seeing budgets or unrelated contracts.
Can RSVP counts freeze automatically?
Yes. You can set a freeze date, such as 21 days before the wedding, and close the form on schedule.
Can the master calendar catch coordinator conflicts?
Yes. Milestones and event days across the studio can appear on one calendar, making double-booking visible.
What happens to old weddings if we leave?
They remain yours. Records are in your database, files are in your file store, and the source syncs to your Git repository.
Can we test rules before the season starts?
Yes. Scenario tests can exercise flows such as blocked dates, couple access, payments, and run-sheet creation before you publish changes.
