Cardboard, PET regrind, glass cullet, stretch film, and caustic wash water can each be logged with stream, weight, hauler, and cost.
Utility invoices
Kilowatt-hours and cubic meters can be keyed from monthly bills. A missing month shows as a gap.
Initiatives and what changed
A cullet-return trial or lighting retrofit can hold its baseline, cost, invoices, and measured result.
The evidence library
Contracts, weight slips, certificates, and audit files can each have access rules, so an auditor sees only what you share.

How the tracker holds up
Site access is enforced by the database. A plant login reads its own tickets, invoices, and scorecard. The group dashboard is where the sites come together.
Evidence has access rules. The library is not a shared drive. Each file can be private by default, shared with the auditor who asked, and closed again when the audit ends.
Missing rows can be chased on schedule. A monthly job can check for streams with no ticket and email the plant manager while the month is fresh.
The structure can grow. Add a fourth plant, a compost stream, or a packaging target by describing the change. The database migrates with the program.

What exactly is Kliv?

Do I get a real app, or a template?
A real app. Kliv builds the data structure and workflows around your sites, streams, targets, and audit needs.
Can I change it after it’s built?

Is this a carbon accounting platform?
No. It is an operational tracker. If you report CO₂e, you can add factor columns and compute from your own rows, but the source records are your tickets, invoices, and documents.
Who sees which plant’s numbers?
You decide, and the database enforces it. Plant logins can be scoped to one site; program leads can see group views; auditors can get scoped access.
What if a hauler reports volume instead of weight?
The conversion factor can live on the row, with who set it and an estimated flag that follows the number into exports.
How do numbers get in each month?
They can be keyed from bills, uploaded from hauler spreadsheets, or typed at the dock. Scheduled checks can list what is missing.
Can evidence be shared with auditors?
Yes. Files can be shared through scoped access rules, so an auditor sees the requested evidence and nothing else.
Can it track initiatives?
Yes. Initiatives can hold baselines, costs, invoices, and measured results before and after the work.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. The tracker can run on your own domain.
Can I move off Kliv later?
