Build a drone monitoring and analytics dashboard
Kliv is an AI app builder. Describe the drone monitoring and analytics dashboard you need — flights, batteries, imagery, flags, walk tasks, and field access — and it builds it.
Just enter your idea into the text box and AI will build it for you
What is Kliv?
Kliv isn’t flight-planning software or a map-stitching tool — it’s an AI app builder that builds software for you.
You describe the app you need in plain words, and Kliv builds it: the records, dashboards, file storage, tasks, access rules, schedules, and screens. You own the result, run it on your own accounts, and keep changing it later by asking for changes. It isn’t a fixed dashboard template.
On this page, that app is a drone monitoring and analytics dashboard for farm operations. Kliv builds all kinds of web apps; this is one for turning drone outputs into work your team can track.
Why build your own drone dashboard?
Flying the drone is only one part of the program. The hard part comes after: imagery in dated folders, battery cycles in a notebook, and field problems that were visible in June but not walked until September.
Kliv builds the other half of the workflow. Every flight can be a record, every image can attach to a field, and every flag can become a task someone walks, answers, and closes.
The season, from two hundred feet
These records turn drone flights into an agronomy program.
The flight log
Each mission records pilot, aircraft, batteries used, wind note, and imagery set. If a survey is questioned later, the flight that produced it is on file.
The imagery library
Images can land in the file store tagged by field and date. A comparison view can place the same field side by side across passes.
Anomaly flags
A pale streak, standing water, or another concern can become a map pin with a photo, due date, and assigned walker.
The batteries
Battery cycle counts can be logged per pack and per flight. A pack can be blocked from new missions after the cycle limit you set.
Ground-truth verdicts
Every flag can end with a field walk: confirmed, cleared, or watch again. The verdict stays on the flag so the map has memory.
An example: Eskil’s onion fields
Here’s how one business might use it. It’s only an example — you would describe your own fields, aircraft, imagery, flags, tasks, and access rules.
A flight files itself to the fields
Eskil’s weekly north-block flight logs two battery swaps and 400 images. The images are filed to the fields before the drone is back in its case.
A comparison view finds the problem
In field 14, one corner has gone pale since last week. Eskil drops a flag with the photo attached, a two-day due date, and an assignment for the next north-block walk.
The field walk records the verdict
The trainee reaches the pin with the drone image on her phone and checks the actual crop. She records onion thrips, early, on the flag.
The verdict opens treatment work
The confirmed flag becomes a treatment task with field, date, image, and verdict already attached.
Next season starts with history
By harvest, field 14 has imagery, flag, verdict, treatment, and outcome in one file. Next June, the same corner is easier to catch.
Describe the dashboard you want to build
Kliv builds from your description, so the more detail you give, the closer the first version. Include flights, fields, imagery, battery rules, tasks, access, and what your current drone tools already do.
Field survey library
Imagery by field, comparison views, and walk tasks.
“Build a drone imagery dashboard for our farm. Upload photos by flight, file them to fields by date, compare the same field across weekly passes, let agronomists drop anomaly flags with map pins and photos, and turn each flag into a walk task with due date and verdict.”
Battery and fleet log
Flight records, battery cycles, and maintenance limits.
“Build a fleet tracker for our two drones. Log each flight with pilot, aircraft, wind note, batteries used, and imagery set; track battery cycles per pack; schedule maintenance; and block a battery from assignment after 300 cycles.”
Spray job packets
Confirmed flags become treatment jobs.
“Build a tool that turns confirmed field flags into treatment jobs. Include the drone image, field map, ground-truth verdict, treatment due date, spray contractor access to only that job packet, and a record of what was applied and when.”
Where pictures become records
The library uses the file store. Originals can stay full resolution while dashboard pages load sized copies. A 400-image pass does not need to make the page slow. The library can also be searched by what is in the picture, so “standing water” can find wet corners.
Schedules keep the chores visible. A missed survey can nudge the pilot, an overdue flag can rise into the field-day plan, and pack retirement can be checked after every flight.
Access follows the land and job. The agronomy team can see every field; a tenant partner can see only their parcels; a spray contractor can see a job packet with field, map, and evidence, and nothing beyond it.
The drone arrived as hardware, but the system around it is software. The software half of a hardware purchase covers the broader pattern.
Common questions
What exactly is Kliv?
Kliv is an AI app builder. You describe the drone dashboard you need, it builds the app, and you own the result.
Do I get a real app, or a template?
A real app. Kliv builds the database, dashboards, file handling, tasks, access rules, and schedules around your drone workflow.
Can I change it after it’s built?
Yes. You can add fields, reports, task stages, battery rules, access roles, or integrations later.
Does Kliv plan flights or stitch maps?
No. Your flight software and processing tools keep those jobs. This dashboard stores their outputs, compares them, and turns findings into work.
How much imagery can it hold?
Seasons of it. Originals can stay in the file store, organized by field and date, while pages load sized copies automatically.
Who gets to see which fields?
Row-level rules can decide. Your team can see everything, tenant partners can see only their parcels, and contractors can see only assigned job packets.
What happens to a flag nobody walks?
It stays visible. Open flags can lead the round list, appear in the field-day plan, and keep their due dates until someone records a verdict.
Can battery cycle limits block assignments?
Yes. Battery cycles can be logged per flight, and a pack can be unavailable after the cycle limit you set.
Can the dashboard search images by what is in them?
Yes. The imagery library can be searchable by visual meaning, such as standing water, when that is part of the build.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. The dashboard can run on your own domain.
Can I move off Kliv later?
Yes. The code syncs to your own Git repository, so leaving is a git pull rather than a rebuild.
