What is Kliv?
Kliv isn’t a farm platform you configure around someone else’s idea of a season — it’s an AI that builds software for you.
You describe the app you need in your own words, and Kliv builds it: the database, imports, screens, reports, and access rules. What you get is a real app that’s yours. You can change it later by asking for changes and run it on your own accounts. It isn’t a template dashboard.

Why build your own precision agriculture dashboard?
Farm dashboards often show maps, passes, and yield without answering the question that matters: did the decision pay? A farm with multiple crops, zones, dryer costs, and grain contracts needs the agronomy record and the money record in the same place.
Kliv builds the dashboard around your farm. Fields, zones, passes, tickets, samples, and contracts become rows in a database the farm owns, so yield maps and input costs stop disagreeing in separate files.
Every hectare, twice
Each hectare appears as work and as money. These records keep both visible.
Fields and zones
Every field carries parcels, sampling zones, and cropping history. A zone is a record that passes, rates, and yields attach to season after season.
Passes and prescriptions
Each drilling, spreading, or spraying pass stores the plan beside what the terminal file says actually happened. Differences become rows you can query.
Weighbridge tickets
Every trailer becomes a ticket with weight, moisture, and field. Drying costs land on the same record, so a wet harvest shows its true cost.
Contracts and specs
A malting contract can store its protein window. A 12.1% sample can reprice the load, and the dashboard can show which zones keep missing spec.
Landowner reports
Rented blocks can be scoped to landowner sign-ins. You see the whole farm; a landowner sees only their parcels.

Here’s how one farm might use it. It’s only an example — you would describe your own fields, crops, files, contracts, and reports.
Sampling creates the zones
Sampling results upload as a file and become zone records: phosphorus here, pH there. The map redraws from the rows.
The prescription is stored before the pass
Variable rates per zone are attached to the pass as the plan. The dashboard now knows what the farm intended.
The terminal file writes back
The as-applied file uploads after the pass. Each zone holds planned beside applied, such as 180 planned and 174 on the headlands.
Harvest adds weight and moisture
Weighbridge tickets stream in with field, weight, and moisture. Dryer diesel lands on the same ledger.
The sample changes the price
Protein comes back inside the contract window, so the premium applies. Zones that ran lean on nitrogen show exactly what that earned.
The winter meeting has the map
In January, Ingeborg can see margin per zone for the season against the farm’s own last three seasons.

From the cab to the ledger
Files become rows. Yield maps and as-applied exports arrive as files. The dashboard keeps the original in the file store and reads it into tables you can query. Kliv does not connect to the tractor; it makes the files the tractor already writes usable.
Reports can run on a schedule. A scheduled job can assemble each landowner’s season summary and email it on the farm’s own template.
The schema grows with the rotation. Add a cover-crop block or a second dryer by conversation. Kliv changes the database and keeps the history.

What exactly is Kliv?
Kliv is an AI that builds custom web apps from a description. For a precision agriculture dashboard, it builds the data structure, upload flows, reports, and views around your farm.
Do I get a real app, or a template?
A real app. Your fields, zones, passes, files, tickets, contracts, and reports live in a database built for your farm.
Can I change it after it’s built?
Yes. You can add crops, reports, file imports, landowner views, or a second dryer by asking for changes.
Does it connect to our tractor or combine?
Not by wire. Terminals already export files; you upload them, and the dashboard stores the original and reads it into rows.
Will it tell us what rate to apply?
No. It records what you decided, what happened, and what it earned. Agronomy stays with you and your advisers.
Can landlords see their own fields?
Yes. Each landowner can get a sign-in scoped to the parcels they own.

What happens to old records if we leave?
