You describe the site and app you need in your own words, and Kliv builds it: the pages, the forms, the booking rules, the customer records, and the payment flow. What you get is a real website and app that’s yours, on your own domain. You can change it later by asking for changes. It isn’t a template with your business name pasted in.

Why build your own plumber website?
A plumbing website has to answer a simple question quickly: can you help, and when? A brochure site with a contact form often loses that customer to the first company that shows a real service window.
Kliv builds the site as a working front counter: bookable service windows, a photo box for the leak, a maintenance plan customers can join, and a record of every address the trucks have visited. The pages are also built so search engines can read them.

Do I get a real app, or a template?
A real app and website. Kliv builds the pages, database, scheduling rules, and admin views for your plumbing company, not a fixed theme.
Can I change it after it’s built?
Yes. You can ask Kliv to change service pages, add suburbs, adjust booking windows, change the plan price, or update quote forms later.
Can customers book an emergency at midnight?
Yes, if you allow it. Customers can book an emergency window online any time, and the phone number can still appear on every page. Both can land in the same schedule.
Who applies the plan discount?
Plan status is stored on the address, so the trip fee can drop off a member’s invoice by rule. If the plan lapses, the rule stops on the date billing says it stops.
Can we show job photos without exposing customers?
Yes. Job photos start private. The public gallery shows only photos you explicitly mark for it.
Will we keep our search ranking?
Your domain comes with you, pages can stay at stable URLs, the sitemap is generated, and crawlers receive readable pages. Search ranking is never guaranteed, but the rebuild does not require starting from zero.
Can customers pay invoices online?
Yes. Invoices can be sent by email link and paid from a phone through your own Stripe account.
Does Kliv take a cut of payments?
No. Payments run through your own Stripe account. Card processing fees are between you and Stripe.
Do customers need their own Stripe accounts?
No. Customers just pay by card.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. The site runs on your own domain.
Can I move off Kliv later?
Yes. The code syncs to your own Git repository, so leaving is a git pull.
