You describe what you need in plain words, and Kliv builds the real app: the data, the logic, the screens, and the workflows. You own the result, you can change it later by asking, and you run it on your own accounts, including your own Stripe account for payments. It isn’t a template with your name on it.

A furnace visit uses the house record

How it comes together
The plan controls access and work. Care plans are subscriptions on your own Stripe account. The portal, reports, priority line, and visit generation can all follow the active plan.
Reports are private files. Visit photos land in the file store scoped to that house’s owner. Years of reports become the house’s service history.
The calendar creates the work. Season changes can generate visit queues, Monday emails can send routes, and annual reports can be scheduled.
You can test the plan year first. In the Sandbox, use test payments and simulated time to run renewals, a failed card, a tier upgrade, and a repair quote before the first real subscriber.

What exactly is Kliv?

Do I get a real app, or a template?

No. Payments run through your own Stripe account. Card fees are between you and Stripe.

A finding can become a quote. When the owner approves it, the invoice can be generated from that approved quote as a one-time charge.
What if an owner pauses for the summer?
If your policy allows it, the subscription and visit generation can pause and resume on the dates you set.
Do techs need printed checklists?
No. The day board can run on a phone with house details, checklist items, and photo upload.
Can owners see only their own reports?
Yes. Photo reports can be scoped to the house owner’s portal.
Can routes be emailed automatically?
Yes. Scheduled jobs can send each tech a route or day board at the time you choose.
Can I move off Kliv later?
