Marketing & Advertising Platforms
Build a marketing and advertising platform
Kliv is an AI app builder. Describe the marketing and advertising platform you need — the records, screens, rules, payments, privacy, and edge cases — and it builds the app around them.

What is Kliv?
Kliv isn’t a marketing and advertising platform product you configure — it’s an AI app builder that builds software for you.
You describe what you need in plain words, and Kliv builds the real app: the data, the logic, the screens, and the admin tools. You own it, run it on your own accounts, and change it later by asking for changes. It isn’t a template.
On this page, that app is marketing and advertising platform. Kliv builds all kinds of web apps; this is one example.
Why build your own marketing and advertising platform?
A marketing and advertising platform has details a generic product often misses. This kind of app includes concrete records, schedules, permissions, privacy boundaries, approvals, and edge cases that matter in daily work.
Kliv builds around those details. You describe the workflow in plain language, and the app keeps the records and rules in one place instead of spreading them across templates, spreadsheets, and manual follow-up.
What the platform knows
The app is built from records with clear rules. These are the main pieces the app can keep.
Clients & workspaces
Every client is an organization with its own users, campaigns, and view. One clinic can never page through another’s results — the workspace boundary lives in the database, not in a dropdown filter.
Campaigns & budgets
A campaign carries its channel, flight dates, and monthly cap. Spend recorded against it shows the pace, so the workspace flags an overspend before the client calls about it.
Creative & approvals
Each ad variant is uploaded, reviewed, and approved by the client inside their workspace before it runs. The approval is a recorded row with a name and a timestamp — not a thumbs-up buried in an email thread.
The results ledger
Clicks, calls, and booked appointments land as events attributed to campaign and channel, so “what did March get us” is a query the client can run, not an export you assemble.
Plans & metering
Your platform charges a base subscription plus a metered price per active campaign — and the invoice is priced from the same campaign table the dashboard reads.
What each client sees on Monday morning
The product is the client’s login. These are its rooms.
Their own front door
Each clinic signs in with its own users and roles: the owner sees billing, the office manager works the approval queue, and neither needs to ask you for a screenshot.
The approval queue
Creative waiting on the client sits in a queue with a deadline. Approve or request changes — either way, the decision and the decider are on record.
The budget bar
Month-to-date spend against cap, per campaign, with pace warnings the client reads themselves instead of phoning you on the 20th.
The monthly report, on time
On the first of the month, a scheduled job assembles each workspace’s spend and results and sends them on your template. The Sunday-night PDF marathon retires.
The campaign archive
Every flight you have ever run for a client stays browsable, with its creative and its numbers. Renewal conversations start from evidence.
An example: Dana’s dental ads platform
Here’s how one business might use it. It’s only an example — you would describe your own clients, campaigns, approvals, pricing, and reports.

Describe what you want to build
Kliv builds from your description, so the more detail you give, the closer the first version. Include amounts where relevant, names, dates, roles, approval rules, privacy rules, notifications, and edge cases.
Clinic ads portal
Per-clinic workspaces, budgets, and monthly reports.
“Build a marketing platform for dental clinics where each clinic signs in to see campaign spend against budget, approve ad creative, and receive a monthly results email. Include exact amounts where relevant, roles, terms, approval steps, notifications, privacy rules, and edge cases for the first version.”
Franchise campaign hub
Head-office templates, local budgets, territory results.
“Build a campaign hub where franchisees pick from head-office ad templates, set a local budget, and see leads attributed to their own territory. Include exact amounts where relevant, roles, terms, approval steps, notifications, privacy rules, and edge cases for the first version.”
Local ads manager
Packaged local advertising for small shops.
“Build a platform where small shops buy a monthly local-ads package, upload their offer, approve the finished creative, and track the calls and visits it produced. Include exact amounts where relevant, roles, terms, approval steps, notifications, privacy rules, and edge cases for the first version.”
How it comes together
Client walls are the database’s job. Row-level security ties every campaign, creative, and result to its client’s organization, so a signed-in clinic is answered with its own rows and nothing more. The boundary holds whether or not tonight’s new query remembered the filter.
Pricing shaped like agency work. A base plan plus a metered price per active campaign, running on your own Stripe account — say $149 a month plus $25 per campaign in flight. The clinic that runs eight campaigns in March is invoiced for eight, and the count comes from the table the client already watches.
The report writes itself. A server-side function on a monthly cron assembles each workspace’s numbers and emails them on your template. The deliverable that used to eat your weekend becomes an entry in the schedule list.
Analytics without a tag manager. Visitors, conversion, and revenue per channel, with custom events you define in plain language — “count a booked consultation as a conversion” is configuration, not an engineering ticket.
A campaign platform with client logins is a SaaS business wearing your expertise. The SaaS build path walks the rest of it — plans, trials, and the operational spine underneath.
Common questions
What exactly is Kliv?
Kliv is an AI app builder. You describe the marketing and advertising platform you need, and it builds a real app with the data, screens, and rules for your case.
Do I get a real app, or a template?
A real app. Kliv builds it around your specific workflow, not as a theme you fill in.
Can I change it after it’s built?
Yes. Ask for changes in plain words, and Kliv updates the app without making you start over.
Do I need a separate CMS or tool?
No. The app is its own admin for the records, text, and workflows you describe.
Do customers need Stripe accounts?
No. Customers just pay by card when checkout is part of the app. Payments run through your own Stripe account.
Does Kliv take a cut of payments?
No. Payments run on your Stripe account. Card processing fees are between you and Stripe.
Will pages show up in search?
Yes. Kliv pages are built as readable pages for crawlers and AI assistants.
Can I move off Kliv later?
Yes. Kliv apps can sync code to your own Git repository, so leaving is a code pull rather than a rebuild.
Can clients approve creative without seeing each other’s work?
Yes. Approvals live inside each client’s workspace, and every workspace is an organization whose rows are invisible to every other. The approval itself is recorded — who approved which variant, and when — so the audit trail is built in.
How do I charge per campaign instead of a flat fee?
With a metered price in the catalog: the platform reports each workspace’s active-campaign count, and the monthly invoice is computed from it on your own Stripe account. Flat base plus usage is one catalog, not two systems.
Where do the results numbers come from?
From events the platform records: custom events you describe in detail — a call click, a form submit, a booked appointment — attributed to campaign and channel. If your landing pages live in the same app, attribution needs no third-party glue at all.
What happens when a client stops paying?
Failed cards are retried automatically while recovery emails point the client at their billing page. If the subscription truly lapses, the workspace closes on the schedule you set — and its history is preserved for the day the client returns.
