Kliv is an AI app builder. Describe your keyword workflow — client libraries, intent tags, one owning URL per query, briefs, rank imports, and reports — and it builds the tool.
Just enter your idea into the text box and AI will build it for you
Kliv isn’t an SEO tool you subscribe to and use as-is — it’s an AI that builds software for you.
You describe the app you need in your own words, and Kliv builds it: the database, the rules, the screens, the imports, and the client views. What you get is a real web app that’s yours, on your own domain, and you can change it later by asking. It isn’t a spreadsheet template.
On this page, that app is a keyword research and management tool. Kliv builds all kinds of web apps; this one is for teams that need keyword ownership, briefs, rank history, and client access in one place.
A keyword spreadsheet can start clean and still fail by March. It gets copied, forked, and edited by several writers until two people are targeting the same query for the same client. The sheet can hold words, but it cannot enforce the rules.
Kliv builds the library as a database with rules. A keyword has an intent, a funnel stage, and one owning URL. A brief attaches to the keyword it serves. A rank snapshot is a dated row. The workflow becomes something the system can check.
The useful unit is not just the phrase. It is the work and history attached to it.
The phrase, intent, funnel stage, imported volume figure, and client all live together. The client decides who can see it.
Every keyword maps to exactly one page per client. A second owner is rejected so accidental cannibalization is stopped early.
Angle, entities, internal links, draft state, approval, and published URL attach to the keyword they serve.
Imported position data is stamped with a date. Movement charts come from rows, not screenshots.
One client’s library is invisible to another. A shared writer sees only the shelves she is assigned to.
“Transactional keywords with no owning URL” can be a saved filter. The next content list comes out of the library instead of a meeting.
Each import appends dated rows to the same table. Month-over-month movement is a query.
Draft, approved, published, and live URL are visible on the brief. Progress can be checked without a status call.
A scheduled job can send risers, fallers, and newly published coverage per client from your own templates.
Semantic search over the studio’s briefs can find the relevant old piece even when the title does not use the words you remembered.
Here’s how one studio might use a keyword tool built with Kliv. It’s only an example — you would describe your own clients, keyword fields, ownership rules, imports, and reporting cadence.
Lena creates a library for an outdoor-gear client and imports January research. Each keyword lands with intent, funnel stage, volume as of the import, and the client it belongs to.
A writer maps “best winter hiking boots” to one buying-guide URL. When another writer tries to map the same query to a second page, the system points to the existing owner.
The approved angle, entities to cover, and internal links live on the brief for that keyword. When it publishes, the live URL goes back onto the same record.
A June CSV import validates its columns, date-stamps every row, and adds positions to the existing chart instead of replacing January’s history.
The bootmaker logs in to see coverage, briefs in flight, and movement for its own shelf. Another client’s keywords do not appear.
Kliv builds from your description, so the more detail you give, the closer the first version. Say how clients are separated, what fields keywords need, how ownership works, where ranks come from, and what reports should send. Here are three to build on:
Per-client shelves with ownership rules and rank imports.
“Build a keyword management tool for my content agency. Each client should have a separate keyword library with intent, funnel stage, imported volume, and one owning URL per keyword. Reject duplicate owning URLs per client, attach briefs to keywords, import CSV rank snapshots monthly, and give each client a read-only view of their own shelf.”
One site with queries mapped to pages.
“Build a keyword planner for my outdoor-gear site. Keywords should carry intent tags, funnel stage, priority, and exactly one owning URL. Show coverage gaps where no page owns a keyword, track published articles back to their target keywords, and import monthly position snapshots from a CSV.”
Keyword to brief to live URL.
“Build a content brief tracker where each brief attaches to one keyword, moves through draft, approved, writing, and published states, records the live URL when it ships, and sends a weekly progress email per client with approved briefs, overdue drafts, and newly published pages.”
Imports are checked before they land. Rank exports and research-tool CSVs can arrive through server-side functions that validate columns and date-stamp rows. A malformed file is rejected with reasons instead of polluting the library.
Clients read the live shelf. Each client can sign in to a scoped view of their own library: coverage, briefs in flight, and movement. What the studio sees on Tuesday is what the client sees on Tuesday.
The audit can be a product. A $450 one-time keyword audit can sell through checkout on your own Stripe account, and the buyer can land in the same system where the audit is delivered.
When you publish sites on Kliv, the pages themselves are built to be crawler-readable: auto-generated sitemaps, prerendered pages for crawlers including AI assistants, and a per-page SEO audit. That side of the work is covered on the SEO page.
Kliv is an AI that builds custom web apps from a description. For a keyword workflow, it can build the libraries, ownership rules, briefs, imports, charts, reports, and client views.
A real app. Kliv builds a database and workflow around your clients, keywords, briefs, and reports.
Yes. You can add fields, new report types, different brief states, or new import formats by asking.
From your current research process: CSV exports from research tools, plus keywords entered by hand during client work. Imports can be validated and date-stamped.
A uniqueness rule allows one owning URL per keyword per client. A second mapping is refused and points to the page that already owns the query.
It is the system around rank data. Position data comes by import on your schedule and stacks into charts; the tool does not have to crawl search results itself.
No. Keywords, briefs, and snapshots carry their client, and access is enforced per row.
Yes. A scheduled job can send risers, fallers, and newly published coverage per client from your own templates.
Yes, if that is part of your workflow. A one-time audit can sell through checkout on your own Stripe account and be delivered in the same app.
Yes. Kliv pages can be prerendered for crawlers, included in an auto-generated sitemap, and checked with a per-page SEO audit.
No. The app is its own admin for keywords, briefs, reports, and page text.
Yes. The tool can run on your own domain.
