Kliv is an AI app builder. Describe your personalized coaching and training platform, and it builds athlete files, plans, check-ins, race calendars, subscriptions, pauses, and waitlists.
Just enter your idea into the text box and AI will build it for you
Kliv isn’t a coaching marketplace or a fixed training-plan tool — it’s an AI app builder that builds software for you.
You describe the app you need in your own words, and Kliv builds it: the database, the athlete pages, the plans, the check-ins, the billing, and the workflows. What you get is a real application that’s yours, on your own domain. You can change it later by asking for changes, and subscriptions can run on your own Stripe account. It isn’t a template coaching portal.
On this page, that app is a personalized coaching and training platform. Kliv builds all kinds of web apps; this one is for athlete files, weekly plans, check-ins, race calendars, subscriptions, and coaching support.
Émile coaches twenty-four distance runners. His work is attention: the plan that accounts for a calf problem, night shifts, a goal race, and the check-in that changes next week. PDFs, DMs, and first-of-the-month payment reminders make that attention harder to deliver.
Kliv builds the practice around the athlete file. Plans, check-ins, race calendars, subscriptions, and notes all attach to one record per runner, so Sunday planning starts from what changed, not from scrolling through messages.
One runner’s seat holds the information the coach needs to personalize the work.
Goal race, training zones, injury history, and personal notes live where the plan can use them.
Sessions are rows the athlete checks off, with paces and the reason for the work. Compliance is visible before the next plan is written.
RPE, sleep, calf score, and one free-text note take the athlete a short time and give the coach the context for the next week.
A-races, tune-ups, and taper math count back from the race. If the race moves, the plan can move with it.
A one-to-one seat can be $240 per month and capped at twenty-four athletes. When the roster is full, checkout can become a waitlist.
Here’s how one coach might use it. It’s only an example — you would describe your own athlete files, plan structure, check-ins, race calendar, seat cap, and billing rules.
An athlete reports calf pain at four out of five while everything else is green. The check-in lands on her file before Émile starts planning.
Thursday tempo becomes pool and bike, and the long run is cut. The athlete sees the changed rows immediately.
Check-ins show the calf score dropping over two weeks. The file keeps the whole episode for next time.
Tempo returns at adjusted paces. When the calf issue appears again, Émile can search the previous episode and reuse what helped.
The pacing plan is a page on the athlete’s phone, with splits and notes written for her. The result lands back on the file after the race.
Kliv builds from your description, so the more detail you give, the closer the first version. Include athlete files, plans, check-ins, pricing, pauses, and privacy rules. Here are three to build on:
Files, plans, check-ins, and subscriptions.
“Build a coaching platform for my running practice. Each athlete has a profile, weekly training plans, a Tuesday check-in with RPE, sleep, soreness, and free text, a race calendar, one-to-one coaching subscriptions at $240 per month, and a 24-athlete seat cap with a waitlist when full.”
Training plans, targets, and photo check-ins.
“Build a coaching app where each client has a training plan, nutrition target, weekly photos and measurements on their file, coach voice-note feedback, and monthly subscriptions with pauses for travel or injury.”
Shared plan plus private coaching upsell.
“Build a coaching platform with a $60 per month small-group tier that shares one plan and a private chat, plus $240 one-to-one seats with individual plans, check-ins, and race calendars.”
Subscriptions can pause with life. An injured athlete can pause from their billing page, and the plan can freeze with the subscription. Failed cards can retry without the coach doing collections.
The agent answers from your method. Athletes can ask what pace tomorrow’s tempo is or what they did last time an issue appeared. The agent answers from that athlete’s plan, file, and the method notes you provided.
Privacy follows the coaching relationship. Each athlete signs into a plan with one name on it. If you add a squad leaderboard, you choose exactly which columns are shared.
Gyms, studios, and teams add schedules, waivers, and front desks on top of similar records. The fitness solutions page covers coaching at facility scale.
Kliv is an AI app builder that builds custom web apps from a description. For coaching, it can build athlete files, plans, check-ins, race calendars, subscriptions, waitlists, and coaching support tools.
A real app. It is built around your coaching method, pricing, plan structure, check-ins, privacy rules, and seat cap.
Yes. You can change check-in questions, plan structure, pricing, pause rules, reports, and athlete views later.
No. The source page says Kliv does not charge per athlete. Your coaching prices are your business, and payments can run on your own Stripe account.
Not unless you build that. Files, plans, and check-ins are scoped to the athlete. Community features are a choice.
The charge can stop and the plan can freeze. The file, history, and seat settings wait, and you decide whether the paused seat is held or released to the waitlist.
Yes. Files and plan history can import from spreadsheets, and the app can run on your own domain with email from your own address.
Yes, if you build it. It can answer from the athlete’s own plan and file plus method notes you provide, and the coach can review conversations.
No. Athletes pay by card. Coaching subscriptions run through your own Stripe account.
Yes. A cap such as twenty-four seats can make checkout switch to a waitlist when full.
