Kliv is an AI app builder. Describe your coaching method, and it builds workout logs, nutrition targets, private check-in photos, tiers, billing, and an assistant grounded in your own programs.
Just enter your idea into the text box and AI will build it for you
Kliv isn’t a consumer tracker you customize with a few settings — it’s an AI that builds software for you.
You describe the app you need in plain words, and Kliv builds it: the database, the screens, the client portal, payments, access rules, and assistant behavior. What you get is a real application that’s yours. You can run it on your own accounts, including your own Stripe account for memberships, and change it later by asking. It isn’t a template.
On this page, that app is a fitness and nutrition tracker for a coaching business. Kliv builds all kinds of web apps; this is one example.
Consumer tracking apps are built for average habits. A coaching business has its own method: specific lifts, check-in cadence, nutrition targets, progress photos, and paid service tiers.
Kliv can build the tracker around the coach’s method. Clients log against the program library, questions and photos land where the coach can review them, and tiers, renewals, and failed cards use the same records as access.
The app stores the method, client work, private files, and business rules.
A $19 self-serve tier and a $149 coached tier can open different features. The tier lives on the client record and controls access.
Sessions, sets, loads, and effort are logged against the program as written, so the coach sees adherence and progress from the client’s own rows.
Meals are logged against targets the coach sets per client. Patterns, such as a weekend protein dip, can surface because the data has structure.
Programs, technique notes, and substitution rules are uploaded and indexed so the method becomes queryable.
Progress photos land in the file store, private per client and visible only to the client and coach unless you allow more.
A client can ask what to do when the gym lacks a trap bar. The assistant answers from your substitution notes and that client’s program, with a transcript you can review.
Here’s how one coaching business might use a fitness and nutrition tracker built with Kliv. It’s only an example — you would describe your own programs, check-ins, tiers, and privacy rules.
A new client pays through Nadia’s Stripe account. The account and entitlements are created together: program unlocked, logging live, and welcome email sent.
The client records sessions from a phone. Nadia’s dashboard shows adherence across all 80 clients in one view.
At 6 a.m., the client asks what to do without a trap bar. The assistant answers from Nadia’s notes, and Nadia reviews the transcript later.
Retries run, recovery emails link to the billing page, and access stays open through the grace window Nadia chose.
By week eight, check-in photos sit beside training logs and notes. Review happens on one screen.
At week twelve, the client switches from self-serve to coached on the billing page. Weekly video-review features open as soon as payment confirms.
Kliv builds from your description, so the more detail you give, the closer the first version. Include programs, logs, photo privacy, tiers, prices, and assistant sources. Here are three to build on:
Programs, logs, photos, and tiers.
“Build a fitness coaching app where clients log workouts and meals against my programs, upload weekly check-in photos, and pay monthly for a $19 self-serve tier or a $149 coached tier with weekly video review.”
Targets, meal logs, and weekly check-ins.
“Build a nutrition tracking app where clients log meals against calorie and protein targets I set, message me every Sunday for check-in, upload progress photos privately, and an assistant answers from my meal-prep guides.”
Squads, erg logs, and coach dashboards.
“Build a training app for a rowing club where athletes log erg sessions with split times, coaches see squad dashboards, and training programs unlock by squad membership.”
The tier is an entitlement. It is wired to the subscription: an upgrade opens features when Stripe confirms, and a lapse closes them on the schedule you chose.
You can rehearse payments first. In the Sandbox, you can run sign-ups, failed cards, refunds, and access changes with test payments and simulated time before connecting Stripe.
The assistant is scoped tightly. It knows the coach’s programs, substitution rules, FAQ, and the signed-in client’s rows. It is not a medical authority; it reflects the material you provide.
Coaches, studios, and gyms run more than trackers: schedules, memberships, and storefronts matter too. Fitness on Kliv covers the wider floor.
Kliv is an AI that builds custom web apps from a description. For fitness coaching, it can build a tracker with programs, workout logs, meal logs, private files, tiered access, and payments.
A real app. Kliv builds the records, screens, client portal, payment rules, and assistant behavior around your coaching method.
Yes. Ask for new logs, check-in fields, tiers, program rules, or dashboards, and Kliv updates the app.
No. Kliv doesn’t price by your app’s members. Client payments can run on your own Stripe account, whether you coach eight clients or eight hundred.
The card can be retried, recovery emails can link to the billing page, and access can stay open through the grace period you set.
Yes. Files are private by default, and each photo can carry an access rule naming who may see it, such as the client and coach.
It answers from what you upload, such as programs, substitution rules, and FAQ, plus the client’s own log. Every conversation can be audited.
Yes. A self-serve tier and a coached tier can unlock different features, and upgrades can open access immediately after payment.
Yes. Clients can use their own billing page to update cards, change tiers where you allow it, and see subscription status.
Yes. Targets can be set per client, and meal logs can be compared against those targets.
Yes. The app source can sync to your own Git repository, and your client records remain yours.
No. It is a coaching tracker built around the material and program rules you provide. Do not present it as medical care unless your own business and compliance setup supports that.
