Fitness & Gym Management
Kliv is an AI app builder. Describe a gym workout planner with training blocks, percentages, RPE, deload weeks, per-lifter logs, video check-ins, and paid tiers.
Just enter your idea into the text box and AI will build it for you
Kliv isn’t a generic workout template app you sign up for and configure — it’s an AI app builder that creates custom software for you.
You describe what you need in plain words, and Kliv builds the real app: the data, the logic, the screens, and the workflows. You own the result, you can change it later by asking, and you run it on your own accounts, including your own Stripe account for paid tiers. It isn’t a template with your name on it.
On this page, that app is a gym workout planner for training blocks, lifter records, set logs, check-ins, progress charts, subscriptions, and private files. Kliv builds all kinds of web apps; this page focuses on one useful shape.
A strength program often uses percentages, RPE, tempo, and weekly changes. A PDF cannot calculate a different working weight for every lifter or keep video check-ins next to the log.
Kliv builds the planner around your coaching method. You write the block once. Each lifter sees weights calculated from their own maxes, logs against the plan, and sends check-ins where the coach can review them.
The records that carry the program and each lifter’s version of it.
Mesocycles, weeks, sessions, deloads, percentages, RPE, and tempo notes are written once and rendered for each lifter.
Each lifter stores tested maxes, test dates, weight class, notes, and context such as an injury flag.
Each working set stores weight, reps, RPE, and notes. Progress charts read from the same rows.
Coached lifters upload top sets privately. Files are visible to the lifter and coach, not the rest of the roster.
A template tier and coached tier can run as subscriptions, with coached features opening and closing from payment status.
Estimated one-rep maxes, weekly tonnage, attendance, and other charts stay current because they read from logs.
Here’s how one gym might use it. It’s only an example — you would describe your own programming method, tiers, check-ins, logs, and progress charts.
Lina records a lifter’s 142.5 kg squat single. Every percentage in the next 12-week block now calculates the right bar weight for that lifter.
In week four, the lifter logs RPE 9.5 where the plan asked for 8. The coach sees the flag and trims Friday’s top set for that lifter only.
A knee tweak leads the coach to swap squat days for box variations for two weeks. The change is dated and attached to that lifter’s plan.
The lifter uploads her heaviest triple. The coach leaves timestamped notes, and no other lifter can see the file.
At week twelve, she logs a 150 kg single on video. Her card updates, and the next block calculates from the new number.
Kliv builds from your description, so the more detail you give, the closer the first version. Include your programming method, log fields, prices, check-ins, and privacy rules. Here are three to build on:
Percentage blocks, RPE logs, and a coached tier.
“Build a workout planner for my powerlifting gym. Create 12-week blocks written in percentages with RPE targets and deload weeks, calculate weights from each lifter’s maxes, let lifters log sets and notes, and offer a coached tier at $120 per month with private video check-ins.”
Remote clients and in-log messaging.
“Build an online strength-coaching platform where remote clients pay $149 per month, receive my four-day program scaled to their own maxes, log weights, reps, and RPE, upload weekly videos, and message me from inside their training log.”
Daily workouts, scores, and a leaderboard.
“Build a programming board for my functional-fitness gym. Post the daily workout at 6 a.m., let members log scores with scaling notes, show a same-day leaderboard, and keep private notes visible only to coaches.”
The coached tier is a subscription. A $120 monthly coached tier can run on the gym’s own Stripe account. If a template lifter upgrades mid-cycle, the charge can be prorated.
A technique library can answer routine questions. Upload warm-up protocols, cue sheets, and technique notes. The planner’s agent can answer from those pages and the lifter’s own plan, while private records stay scoped to the right person.
The roster is yours. Lifters, logs, maxes, and notes are rows in a database you own. If the gym ever moves on, the history moves with it.
The rest of the training business — memberships, class packs, and retention — is covered on the fitness solutions page.
Kliv is an AI app builder. You describe the gym workout planner you need, Kliv builds it, and you own the result.
A real app. Kliv builds the database, the logic, and the screens for your specific case — not a theme or preset workflow you fill in.
Yes. You ask for changes in plain words, and Kliv updates the app without making you start over.
No. Payments run through your own Stripe account. Card fees are between you and Stripe.
Only if you build it that way. By default, a lifter sees their own log, maxes, and check-in videos. A leaderboard is a deliberate feature you define.
No. You can use straight weights, RPE caps, tempo prescriptions, AMRAP targets, or another method you describe.
Yes. You can start with a template-only planner, then add paid coaching and video check-ins later.
Kliv can retry the charge and send recovery emails. A grace period can run before coached features close.
Yes. Individual substitutions or edits can live on that lifter’s plan while the shared block stays unchanged.
Yes. Your source code syncs to your own Git repository, and your lifter records remain yours.
Yes. Charts can read from logged sets, maxes, attendance, and other fields you choose.
