Kliv is an AI app builder. Describe your fitness and activity tracking app — plans, logs, video reviews, athlete privacy, squad feed, and billing — and it builds the platform on your own domain.
Just enter your idea into the text box and AI will build it for you
Kliv isn’t a generic tracker or a coaching marketplace — it’s an AI that builds software for you.
You describe the app you need in your own words, and Kliv builds it: the data, the logic, the screens, the sign-in, and the rules about who can see what. What you get is a real web app that’s yours, on your own domain, and you can change it later by asking. It isn’t a tracker template with your logo added.
On this page, that app is a coaching and activity tracking platform. Kliv builds all kinds of web apps; this page focuses on plans, logs, videos, membership, privacy, and season billing.
A coaching business often needs the plan to come first. Athletes log against that plan, upload videos for review, see the right squad messages, and pay for the tier they chose. Generic tracking apps record activity, but they may not reflect how the coach works.
Kliv builds the app around your coaching process: weekly plans, athlete records, logbooks, technique videos, squad feed, and subscription rules in one place.
Five kinds of records hold a coaching squad together.
Goals, race calendar, injury notes, thresholds, and tier can live on each athlete record. Plans, logs, and videos stay tied to that athlete.
A weekly plan becomes each athlete’s calendar. Prescribed sessions and completed sessions are linked, so compliance is visible.
Distance, duration, effort, heart rate, and other completed-session data live as rows for the athlete. Weekly load charts can be computed from those rows.
A pool or lifting video uploads to the athlete’s file area, visible to that athlete and coach, not the whole squad. Comments can live on the file.
Race reports, route notes, Sunday ride plans, and course intel can live in a members-only feed instead of disappearing in a group chat.
Here’s how one coaching business might use it. It’s only an example — you would describe your own sport, plans, data, review process, tiers, and privacy rules.
An athlete signs up for Priya’s coached tier and gets access to the current week’s plan, logbook, and squad feed.
Priya publishes base-week swims, rides, and runs. Each completed session is logged against its prescription, so the load chart reflects the plan and the athlete’s work.
The athlete uploads a 20-second pool clip. Priya comments on the catch timing, and no other athlete can see the file.
A monthly card charge fails. Retries run and the athlete gets a recovery email, then updates the card from her phone.
After the season, the athlete pauses the subscription. The logbook stays readable, and the plan and billing can resume together later with fair proration.
Kliv builds from your description, so the more detail you give, the closer the first version. Include the sport, plans, logging fields, privacy rules, pricing, and season changes. Here are three to build on:
Plans, logs, videos, billing, and feed.
“Build a triathlon coaching app. I should publish weekly swim, bike, and run plans for each athlete. Athletes should log distance, duration, effort, and heart rate against each planned session, upload swim videos for private coach review, post race reports to a members-only feed, and pay $129 a month for the coached tier with an offseason pause option.”
Programmed blocks, logged sets, and check-ins.
“Build a strength coaching app where clients follow 8-week training blocks, log sets, reps, load, and RPE, upload form-check videos only their coach can see, message me during weekly check-ins, and keep programming behind a $79 monthly subscription.”
Mileage, leaderboards, events, and routes.
“Build a running club app with weekly mileage logging, optional public leaderboards, event signups capped by capacity, route notes for members only, and a $12 monthly membership that unlocks the feed and event registration.”
Weekly updates can be scheduled. A scheduled job can assemble each athlete’s week, last week’s compliance, and the coach’s note, then send it on your email template.
Privacy is part of the records. Logs, thresholds, injury notes, and videos belong to an athlete. The feed shows what an athlete chooses to post, and private records stay private.
Billing can be tested before launch. In the Sandbox, you can rehearse monthly renewals, failed cards, pauses, and resumes before connecting live payments.
Coaching a squad online is one part of the fitness business. If you run a studio with classes, capacity, and front-desk operations, fitness on Kliv covers the wider workflow.
Kliv is an AI that builds custom web apps from a description. For a coaching platform, it can build plans, logs, videos, feeds, subscriptions, portals, and privacy rules.
A real app. Your plans, athlete fields, logging rules, videos, tiers, and screens are built around your coaching business.
Yes. You can ask for new logging fields, a different tier, a new report, or a changed review process later.
Only what you let them post. Logs, videos, and private notes can be owned by each athlete and visible only to the athlete and coach.
Yes. You can describe an importer for the export format your athletes use, and each workout can become a logged row against the plan.
Pause can be a subscription state: billing stops, history stays readable, and resuming can restore the plan and subscription together with proration.
Yes. Tiers can unlock different parts of the app, such as plans and logging for self-guided athletes while video review stays coached-only.
No. Athletes pay by card. Payments run through your Stripe account.
No. Kliv does not take a payment cut. Card fees are between you and Stripe.
Yes. The app can run on your own domain.
No. The app is its own admin and member portal for plans, logs, videos, feed posts, and page text.
Yes. The code syncs to your own Git repository, so leaving is a git pull, not a rebuild.
