E-commerce Management
Kliv is an AI app builder. Describe your multivendor e-commerce platform — vendor dashboards, approvals, one checkout, commission rules, payout statements, and refunds — and it builds the real app on your own Stripe account.
Just enter your idea into the text box and AI will build it for you
Kliv isn’t marketplace software you rent and configure — it’s an AI that builds software for you.
You describe the app you need in your own words, and Kliv builds it: the storefront, vendor dashboards, listing approval, checkout, orders, commission ledger, payout statements, refunds, and admin screens. What you get is a real application that’s yours. You can use it, change it later by asking, run it on your own domain, and take payments through your own Stripe account. It isn’t a template with your name on it.
On this page, that app is a multivendor e-commerce platform. Kliv builds all kinds of web apps; this is one.
Marketplace software often brings its own idea of vendors, commissions, onboarding, and moderation. A curated market for ceramicists or woodcraft studios may have different rules: juried applications, listing approval, seasonal waitlists, and commission tiers.
Kliv builds the marketplace around your rules. Vendors, listings, cart, orders, commissions, statements, and access walls all live in your app and database.
A curated market needs vendor independence, one customer checkout, and a ledger everyone can trust.
Each vendor is an organization with its own sign-ins and roles. One workshop cannot read another workshop’s sales, orders, or payout statements.
New listings can wait in a moderation queue. Approve them to publish, or reject them with a note the vendor can read.
A customer can buy from several vendors in one checkout. Each vendor sees only its own order lines and the shipping details it needs.
Every sale writes a commission row when it happens, whether the rate is a flat 15% or a tiered rate from your vendor contract.
A vendor application can create the workshop, sign-in, and empty dashboard after approval. Rejections stay on record.
Here’s how one marketplace might use it. It’s only an example — you would describe your own vendors, approval rules, commission rates, checkout, and payouts.
A stoneware studio submits photos and a description. Lena reviews the application, approves it, and the platform creates the workshop and invites the potter.
The vendor uploads a dinnerware series with photos, prices, and inventory. The listings go live only after Lena approves them.
A customer checks out with bowls from one studio and a cutting board from another. Payment runs through Lena’s Stripe account, and each workshop sees only its own lines.
A chipped bowl triggers a refund request. The refund waits for human approval, and the commission row reverses with the money.
At month end, each vendor’s statement shows gross sales, commission, refunds, and net payout from the records already in the app.
The vendor can see which listings convert and where buyers came from. Lena can see marketplace-level performance.
Kliv builds from your description, so the more detail you give, the closer the first version. Include vendor approval, listing rules, commission rates, checkout, refunds, and payout statements. Here are three to build on:
Juried vendors, one checkout, 15% commission, and monthly statements.
“Build a marketplace for handmade ceramics and woodcraft. Juried vendors manage their own listings and inventory, new listings require approval before publishing, customers check out one cart across vendors, commission is 15%, and monthly payout statements show gross sales, commission, refunds, and net payout.”
Condition-graded stock and seller-specific ledgers.
“Build a multivendor record store. Sellers list vinyl with condition grades, buyers check out across sellers in one cart, each seller sees only their own orders and payout ledger, and the marketplace takes 12% commission on each sale.”
Weekly availability, Thursday cutoff, Saturday pickup, and a collective commission.
“Build an online farmers’ market. Member farms manage weekly availability, orders close Thursday at 8 p.m. for Saturday pickup, customers pay through one checkout, and the collective takes 10% into a payout ledger.”
Organizations are the vendor walls. Each vendor is an organization with roles for owners and staff. Row-level security scopes every query to the workshop that owns the data.
Moderation is a queue. Listings, applications, and review replies can pass through approve and reject actions with a paper trail.
Money runs on your own Stripe account. Checkout, promotion codes, refunds held for human approval, and commission records all live with the order data. Statements and disputes reference the same facts.
You can test the walls before opening day. A Scenario test can sign in as one vendor and try to read another vendor’s orders against a disposable database copy, then record the refusal.
A marketplace is a multi-tenant product. The SaaS solutions page follows the organizations, walls, and billing pattern further.
Kliv is an AI that builds custom web apps from a description. You describe your marketplace, and Kliv builds the app you own.
A real app. Kliv builds the storefront, vendor dashboards, approval queues, checkout, orders, commissions, statements, and admin screens.
Yes. You can change commission rules, vendor roles, approval flows, product fields, or payout statements by asking.
No. Each vendor is an organization, and row-level security scopes orders, revenue, and statements to the organization that owns them.
Checkout runs on your own Stripe account, and every sale writes commission rows into your database. The app produces per-vendor payout statements, and you settle transfers on your schedule.
You do, or anyone you give the moderator role. New and edited listings can wait in a queue with approve and reject actions.
Yes. One cart can contain products from several vendors, then split the order lines so each vendor sees only what they need to fulfill.
A refund can wait for human approval. When it is approved, the commission record can reverse with the refunded order line.
No. Payments run through your own Stripe account. Kliv does not take a percentage of sales.
Customers just pay by card. Vendors do not need customer-facing Stripe accounts to use their dashboard.
Yes. The Sandbox can run test payments so you can rehearse a vendor’s first sale, refund, and statement before connecting Stripe.
Yes. The marketplace can run on your own domain.
Yes. The code syncs to your own Git repository, and your records can be exported.
