Kliv is an AI app builder. Describe the classified ads platform you want — listings, seller rules, messaging, alerts, fees, and featured placements — and Kliv builds it on your own Stripe account.
Just enter your idea into the text box and AI will build it for you
Kliv isn’t a marketplace theme you configure — it’s an AI app builder that builds software for you.
You describe the app you need in plain words, and Kliv builds the database, listing logic, moderation tools, checkout, messages, and screens. You own the result, run it on your own accounts, and for listing fees and featured placements, payments run through your own Stripe account. It isn’t a template.
On this page, that app is a classified ads platform. Kliv builds many kinds of web apps; this is one example.
General marketplaces use the same forms and categories for everything. A regional farm equipment market needs different filters, seller history, buyer alerts, and a stronger gate for first-time sellers.
Kliv builds the platform around the vertical you know. Listings, sellers, messages, reports, listing fees, and featured slots become records in your database.
That makes the key rules enforceable: ads expire, new sellers wait for review, paid featured placement appears only when payment exists, and reports land with the full thread attached.
Classifieds depend on trust. Each record below carries part of it.
Each ad can run for 30 days and then archive automatically. Renewal can be one click and one small payment.
Seller accounts can show listings posted, years active, and reports received, so buyers can tell a long-time regular from a new account.
Buyer and seller messages stay attached to the listing. Each party sees their own threads, and a report button can send the full context to moderation.
A first listing from a new account can wait in a moderation queue before it publishes, so obvious scams are reviewed before buyers see them.
The $5 listing fee and $15 featured week are paid at posting through your own Stripe account. Featured placement follows the payment record.
The seller side pays the bills; the buyer side makes the market worth returning to.
A buyer can save a search, such as tandem-axle stock trailers under $10,000, and get an email when a match posts.
Semantic search over your own listings can help a buyer find the right ads even when a seller used different wording.
Hitch class, PTO horsepower, meter hours, or any fields your market needs can become filters instead of inherited generic categories.
Each listing can have a gallery in the file store, with image descriptions that make photo-heavy ads searchable even when the seller writes little.
Reports, moderation queue depth, listings expiring this week, and fee revenue this month can all read from the same rows the site runs on.
Here’s how one market operator might use a classified ads platform built with Kliv. It’s only an example — you would describe your own market, listing rules, fees, and moderation policy.
Lena’s platform charges $5 for a 30-day farm equipment ad with photos. The payment and listing are created together, so unpaid ads do not publish.
A new account posts a very cheap excavator with stock photos. The listing goes to moderation before it appears on the site.
A rancher saves tandem-axle stock trailers under $10,000. When a matching ad posts, an email goes out automatically.
A dealer adds a $15 featured week. The badge and placement appear because the payment record exists, and end when the featured week ends.
On day 30, the ad archives and drops out of search. The seller gets a renewal email; payment brings it back with photos and message history intact.
Kliv builds from your description, so the more detail you give, the closer the first version. Include categories, listing fees, moderation rules, buyer accounts, and alerts. Here are three examples to build on:
Regional listings, equipment filters, paid ads, and seller review.
“Build a farm equipment classifieds site for the Northwest. Charge $5 for a 30-day listing with up to 12 photos, add $15 for one featured week, include hitch class and PTO horsepower filters, require first-time sellers to pass moderation, and let buyers message sellers and save searches.”
Listings with survey files, mooring details, alerts, and featured slots.
“Build a boat classifieds platform where sellers post 45-day listings with survey documents, mooring location, length, engine hours, saved-search alerts, buyer-seller messaging, and a $25 featured slot on the harbor page.”
Photo-first ads, provenance fields, seller badges, and messages.
“Build a classifieds site for vintage instruments with photo-first listings, serial-number and provenance fields, seller history badges, saved searches by maker and decade, message threads per ad, and moderation for first-time sellers.”
Fees, packs, and featured slots are one catalog. Single listings, prepaid ten-listing packs for dealers, and featured placement can all run through checkout on your own Stripe account. A pack is a balance that spends per ad and shows what remains.
Moderation is selective. You can route first listings from new accounts, buyer reports, and edits to already-published ads into a queue. Regular sellers can publish quickly while risk gets reviewed.
Expiry is scheduled. Ads can archive on day 30, sellers can receive a renewal email, and weekly cleanup can keep search results current.
In classifieds, the tractor money moves between buyer and seller. Your revenue is listing fees, packs, and featured placement. If you want to sell your own inventory with checkout and fulfillment, that’s a storefront, and the direct-to-consumer page is the better map.
Kliv is an AI app builder. You describe the classified ads platform you want, and it builds a real app with listings, search, messaging, moderation, fees, and operator tools.

No. Payments run through your own Stripe account. Card processing costs are between you and Stripe.
Use a stack of controls: moderate first-time sellers, show seller history, and let buyers report listings or messages with the full thread attached.
Yes. You can sell listing packs, such as ten prepaid listings, so dealers do not go through checkout for every ad.
It archives automatically at the end of its term and drops from search. A renewal payment can bring it back with photos and messages intact.
Not to browse. To message a seller or save a search, accounts keep threads and reports tied to real users.
Yes. Public listing pages can be prerendered, included in a sitemap, and readable to search engines and AI assistants.
Yes. The app’s code syncs to your own Git repository, so leaving is a git pull rather than a rebuild.
