E-commerce Management
Kliv is an AI app builder. Describe your lots, club, gifts, provenance, trade prices, and checkout, and it builds the gourmet food store around your products.
Just enter your idea into the text box and AI will build it for you
Kliv isn’t a store template with product cards — it’s an AI that builds software for you.
You describe the app you need in plain words, and Kliv builds it: the data, the logic, the screens, and the checkout. You own the result, run it on your own domain and accounts, and can change it later by asking. For commerce, payments run on your own Stripe account.
On this page, that app is a luxury & gourmet food store. Kliv builds all kinds of web apps; this is one example for limited lots, clubs, gifts, provenance, and trade pricing.
Some gourmet products are not permanent SKUs. A new pressing may arrive once a year, in a fixed count, and when it is gone, it is gone until the next harvest.
Kliv builds the store around the lot: count, pre-arrival price, club early access, waitlist at zero, gift records, and provenance. Those rules live in the same database the checkout writes to.
These records let the store treat scarcity and provenance as data.
Grove, mill, harvest date, press date, and count live on the lot. At zero, the buy button can become a waitlist form.
A quarterly case can charge on schedule and give members first access to new lots. The tasting library opens with payment and closes on lapse.
A gift order carries recipient, address, and handwritten-note text. Corporate gift lists become rows instead of inbox threads.
Each lot can have a public page with grove, mill, acidity panel, harvest photos, and readable content for search crawlers and AI assistants.
Approved restaurants can sign in to see trade prices and case minimums that the public catalog never shows.
Here’s how one food business might use it. It’s only an example — you would describe your own products, lots, club rules, gifts, trade prices, and fulfillment.
Beatriz receives 400 magnums of Arbequina first press. The lot goes live with count, photos, harvest details, and a provenance page.
The tasting-club email goes to members with 72-hour early access. The store enforces the window, so non-members wait until it opens.
At midnight, the pre-arrival price closes because the catalog says it should. No one edits prices at the last minute.
When magnum 400 sells, the next buyer sees the waitlist instead of buying stock that does not exist.
A law firm orders 30 magnums for 30 recipients, each with a note and separate shipping address. The store keeps one invoice and 30 shipment records.
Kliv builds from your description, so the more detail you give, the closer the first version. Include lots, counts, access windows, subscriptions, gift rules, trade pricing, and tax needs. Here are three to build on:
Limited lots with provenance.
“Build a storefront for single-grove olive oil. Sell harvest-dated lots with grove, mill, harvest date, press date, live count, and acidity panel. Stop selling when the lot reaches zero, open a waitlist, and publish a provenance page for each lot.”
Subscription with early access.
“Build a tasting-club subscription that charges $124 every quarter for a curated case, gives members 72-hour early access to new lots, opens a members-only tasting library after the first charge, and closes the library if the subscription lapses.”
Wholesale sign-in and case minimums.
“Add a wholesale sign-in for approved restaurants. Restaurants see trade prices, six-case minimums, and invoice terms that the public catalog never shows, while public customers continue to see one-off retail prices.”
The club can run as a subscription. The charge, quarterly case, and tasting-library access live together on Beatriz’s own Stripe account. If a card lapses, the library can close on schedule.
Tax can be calculated at checkout. Register the jurisdictions where you owe tax, and checkout can calculate each order for reporting.
Refunds can wait for approval. If a bottle arrives broken, the refund can sit in a queue until Beatriz approves it, with store credit available as another option.
Launches, promotion codes, and analytics for lot pages are part of selling straight to the customer.
Kliv is an AI app builder. You describe the custom commerce app you need, it builds it, and you own the result. For gourmet food, that means lots, counts, clubs, gifts, provenance pages, trade prices, and checkout.
A real app. Kliv builds the database, storefront, checkout, access rules, and admin screens for your shop.
Yes. You can add product fields, change club rules, add trade pricing, adjust gift handling, or change provenance pages later.
The count is enforced where orders are written. One order gets the last item; the next buyer is offered the waitlist.
Yes. Subscriptions, one-time purchases, bundles, and promotion codes can live in the same catalog.
No. A gift order carries the recipient address and note as part of the order. If the recipient later joins, that history can already be in the database.
You do. Customers, orders, gifts, and tasting notes are rows in your database.
Yes. Approved restaurant sign-ins can see trade prices and case minimums that the public catalog does not show.
Yes. Public pages can be prerendered and readable to search crawlers and AI assistants.
No. Customers pay by card. Payments run through your own Stripe account.
No. Payments run on your Stripe account. Card processing costs are between you and Stripe.
Yes. The app’s code syncs to your own Git repository, so leaving is a git pull rather than a rebuild.
