Kliv is an AI app builder. Describe your food ordering platform — modifier-aware menus, capped pickup windows, per-location kitchen screens, loyalty, and checkout — and it builds it on your own Stripe account.
Just enter your idea into the text box and AI will build it for you
Kliv isn’t a marketplace app or a fixed ordering widget — it’s an AI that builds software for you.
You describe the app you need in your own words, and Kliv builds it: the menu, modifiers, checkout, kitchen screens, pickup windows, loyalty, and admin views. What you get is a real web app that’s yours, connected to your own Stripe account, and you can change it later by asking. It isn’t a restaurant theme with an order form added.
On this page, that app is a food ordering platform. Kliv builds all kinds of web apps; this page focuses on order-ahead, capacity, kitchen operations, loyalty, and location-specific menus.
A restaurant’s direct ordering site should match the kitchen. Modifiers need structure, pickup windows need limits, sold-out items can differ by location, and regular customers should remain yours.
Kliv builds the ordering app around your shop: menu records, modifiers, location queues, capped pickup windows, loyalty, online payments, and reports.
Noon works when these records stay accurate.
No cilantro, extra pâté, baguette or roll: modifiers are structured options with prices, not notes the kitchen has to interpret.
Each 15-minute window can have a ceiling. When the 12:15 window reaches eight orders, it stops being offered.
Each location can have its own queue and sold-out switches. Location B running out of pork does not change Location A’s menu.
The ninth sandwich can run through checkout at zero, so the free item is recorded in the same ledger as the paid eight.
Placed, confirmed, ready: the customer page can track status, and ready emails can send automatically.
Ordering can open and close on a schedule, with an early-close switch for days when equipment fails or stock runs out.
Here’s how one restaurant might use it. It’s only an example — you would describe your own menu, locations, pickup limits, loyalty, and kitchen process.
At 10:30, Linh’s order-ahead site opens. Location B still shows pâté chaud sold out until the delivery arrives.
Pre-orders arrive for both locations, and each kitchen sees its own queue sorted by pickup time instead of order time.
At 12:05, the 12:15 slot at Location A reaches eight orders. New customers are offered 12:30 instead.
Order 118 says no cilantro, extra pâté, cut in half. Each choice is structured data on the order.
Location B marks lemongrass pork sold out with one tap. Location A keeps selling it.
A regular earns the ninth sandwich free, and the free item still passes through checkout so Linh can see what loyalty costs.
Kliv builds from your description, so the more detail you give, the closer the first version. Include menu options, prices, windows, location rules, loyalty, and reports. Here are three to build on:
Two locations, modifiers, and capped windows.
“Build order-ahead for my two sandwich shops. The menu should support modifiers like no cilantro, extra pâté for $1.50, baguette or roll, and cut in half. Pickup windows should run every 15 minutes and cap at eight orders per location. Each location should have its own kitchen screen sorted by pickup time, sold-out switches should work per location, and loyalty should give the ninth sandwich free through checkout.”
Half-and-half toppings and timed pickup.
“Build an ordering site for a pizzeria. Customers should choose whole or half-and-half pizzas, toppings should be priced by size, pickup slots should cap at 12 orders per 15 minutes on Fridays, and each pizza should have a sold-out switch for dough or toppings.”
Fixed-count pre-orders that close automatically.
“Build a pre-order site for a bakery. Each Saturday cinnamon-roll batch should have a fixed count of 180, ordering should close when sold out or Friday at 6:00 p.m., pickup should run Saturday 8:00 to 11:00 in 15-minute slots, and customers should pay online when they order.”
Windows keep their capacity. A pickup window’s ceiling is checked where the order is placed. When a window is full, it is no longer offered.
Loyalty stays auditable. The free ninth sandwich can pass through checkout at zero, receive a receipt, and appear in the reports.
The rush can be tested. A Scenario can fill a fake Tuesday in a real browser and prove that the ninth order into a full slot is refused before real customers use it.
When the shop starts selling jars, merch, or subscriptions beyond the counter, that broader direct-to-customer path is mapped at Kliv for D2C.
Kliv is an AI that builds custom web apps from a description. For food ordering, it can build menus, modifiers, checkout, pickup windows, kitchen screens, loyalty, and reports.
