Build a career exploration and job search platform
Kliv is an AI app builder. Describe your career platform — role notes, subscriptions, application tracking, interview logs, target lists, and Monday digests — and it builds the app around it.
Just enter your idea into the text box and AI will build it for you
What is Kliv?
Kliv isn’t a job board or coaching portal with fixed fields — it’s an AI that builds software for you.
You describe the app you need in your own words, and Kliv builds it: the database, subscription logic, content library, user dashboards, emails, and admin screens. What you get is a real app that’s yours. You can use it, change it later by asking, and run payments on your own Stripe account. It isn’t a template.
On this page, that app is a career exploration and job search platform. Kliv builds all kinds of web apps; this is one example.
Why good advice needs a system
A career coach with a working method can hit a calendar ceiling. The same first month repeats: role research, application discipline, informational interviews, and a weekly nudge. The method scales better than the calls.
Kliv turns the method into software. Role research becomes a subscriber library, applications become a pipeline, conversations become logged records, and weekly accountability becomes an email assembled from each subscriber’s own activity.
What the switch runs on
A career-change platform keeps the records that make the method repeatable.
The role atlas
Field notes on 40 real roles can cover everyday work, entry paths, salary bands, and what the job is really like.
The pipeline
Every application is a row with a stage: drafted, sent, screening, on-site, offer, or closed. The board view reads those rows.
The conversation log
Informational interviews keep names, dates, and what was learned. The platform can prompt subscribers to log each scheduled chat.
The subscription
A 14-day trial and $14 monthly plan can run on your own Stripe account. Trial and paid access are entitlements on one system.
The Monday digest
Applications moved, conversations logged, and a suggested next step can be assembled per subscriber and sent from your own domain.
The target list
Companies worth watching can each carry notes and a warmth score, so subscribers search intentionally instead of sending randomly.
An example: Lena’s career-switching platform
Here’s how one coach might use it. It’s only an example — you would describe your own role library, subscription, pipeline, accountability rhythm, and B2B rules.
A switcher starts the trial
Lena’s subscriber signs up after a bad sprint review. The role atlas opens for 14 days, and the product-management and UX-research notes get her attention first.
The subscription converts without a call
On day 12, the subscriber wants the pipeline and digest for the long haul. She enters her card on her billing page and converts to $14 a month.
The pipeline shows the work
Over three weeks, she logs 11 applications and two conversations with product managers. Each application has a stage and notes.
A pattern appears early
Screenings keep dying at the portfolio question. Because the pipeline is structured, the pattern appears in a week, and she builds the case study the rejections are asking for.
The exit is clean
An offer lands in month three. She cancels, downloads her pipeline and conversation log, and leaves a testimonial.
Describe what you want to build
Kliv builds from your description, so the more detail you give, the closer the first version. Include content, plans, trials, limits, privacy rules, and emails. Here are three to build on:
Career-switch platform
Trial, role atlas, pipeline, and digest.
“Build a career-exploration SaaS with a 14-day trial and $14 monthly subscription. Put my field notes on 40 roles behind the paywall, give subscribers an application pipeline with stages from drafted to offer, and send a Monday digest with applications moved, interviews logged, and one suggested next step.”
New-grad edition
First-job search with a limited free tier.
“Build a job-search platform for new graduates with an application tracker, alumni conversation logs, employer target lists, and a free tier limited to 5 active applications. Add a $9 monthly paid plan with unlimited applications and weekly accountability emails.”
Outplacement portal
Sold to HR, private to each person.
“Build an outplacement portal that HR clients buy for departing teams. Each employee should get a private pipeline and my role library, while the sponsoring company sees only aggregate progress: active users, applications sent, interviews logged, and offers reported.”
The SaaS underneath the method
Trial and paid access are one app. Trial and paid can be two grants on one subscription. Day one opens the atlas; day fifteen either keeps access open or closes it on the schedule you set.
Analytics can show what sells. Track which atlas notes convert trials, which digest links get clicked, and revenue per channel. Events can be defined in plain words while building.
Organizations are available when you need B2B. The outplacement version needs companies, seats, and sponsors who see aggregates but not individual pipelines. Organizations, roles, and row-level rules can support that.
Trials, tiers, churn, and seats are part of selling software. The SaaS solutions page treats that discipline directly.
Common questions
What exactly is Kliv?
Kliv is an AI that builds custom web apps from a description. For career exploration, that can mean a content library, subscription checkout, user pipelines, logs, digests, and admin tools.
Do I get a real app, or a template?
A real app. Kliv builds the database, subscription rules, pages, dashboards, and emails around your method.
Can I change it after it’s built?
Yes. You can ask for changes such as new plans, a free tier limit, a new digest, or B2B sponsor views.
What happens at the end of the trial?
The subscriber can convert or cancel from their billing page. If you collect a card up front, it can convert to $14 a month unless they cancel.
Can subscribers take their data when they cancel?
Yes. The pipeline, conversation logs, and target lists can be downloadable on the way out.
Can I sell to companies as well as individuals?
Yes. Organizations can buy seats, each employee can run a private pipeline, and the sponsor can see aggregate progress only.
Where do my role notes go?
Into subscriber-readable pages and, if you want, a knowledge base for an agent that answers from what you wrote.
Does Kliv take a cut of subscriptions?
No. Payments run on your own Stripe account. Card processing fees are between you and Stripe.
Do subscribers need Stripe accounts?
No. Subscribers pay by card. Stripe is how the money reaches your account.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. The platform can run on your own domain.
Can I move off Kliv later?
Yes. The code syncs to your own Git repository, and your data can be exported.
Do I need a separate CMS?
No. The app can be its own admin for role notes, plans, subscribers, digest copy, and reports.
