Kliv is an AI app builder. Describe your flight booking system — scheduled departures, seat and payload limits, passenger forms, weather changes, and charters — and it builds the app on your own domain.
Just enter your idea into the text box and AI will build it for you
Kliv isn’t airline reservation software or a generic booking widget — it’s an AI that builds software for you.
You describe the app you need in your own words, and Kliv builds it: the data, the logic, the booking screens, checkout, notifications, and private admin views. What you get is a real web app that’s yours, on your own domain, and you can change it later by asking. It isn’t a template with dates added.
On this page, that app is a booking system for small flight operations. Kliv builds all kinds of web apps; this page focuses on departures, seats, payload, waivers, weather moves, credits, and charters.
A small flight operation cannot sell like a large airline. A departure may have a seat count, payload limit, pilot, aircraft, weather status, waiver, and passenger contact list.
Kliv builds the booking system around those records, so limits are checked when a seat is sold and weather changes can notify everyone attached to the departure.
Small flight operations depend on a few records that must stay accurate.
Aircraft, pilot, time, and route live on the departure. Every booking for that flight hangs off the same record.
Seat count and payload are checked when someone books. A booking that would exceed the limit can be offered another time.
Each passenger can carry phone number, weight, and signed waiver. Weights are visible to operations roles, not to other passengers.
On time, delayed, moved, or canceled can be one field on the departure. Changing it can notify every attached booking.
A charter quote can include route, hours, rate, and expiry. Acceptance can turn it into a paid booking.
Here’s how one flight operation might use it. It’s only an example — you would describe your own aircraft, routes, limits, prices, and weather rules.
A family books four $119 seats for Vidar’s 10:00 glacier tour. The form collects names, phone numbers, weights, and waivers while the booking checks seats and payload.
A climber books the final seat with a 30-kilo pack. The load sheet flags the added weight before the booking is confirmed.
Fog moves the 10:00 flight to 14:00. Vidar changes one status, and every passenger gets the rebook-or-credit email on the company’s template.
The load sheet shows names, weights, seat order, waivers, and late additions from the same records that sold the seats.
A private charter is quoted at $860 an hour with an expiry date. When the client accepts, the quote becomes a booking paid through the same checkout.
Kliv builds from your description, so the more detail you give, the closer the first version. Include routes, limits, forms, prices, weather rules, and credits. Here are three to build on:
Seat and payload limits with weather moves.
“Build a booking site for my scenic flight company. Sell glacier tours at $119 per seat, enforce nine seats and 720 kilos per departure, collect passenger weights and signed waivers at checkout, and let us change weather status once to email every affected passenger with rebook or credit options.”
Load manifests, tandem caps, and waivers.
“Build a dropzone booking system with load manifests, tandem slots capped per load, weight limits enforced at booking, waivers signed before payment, and a staff view showing which loads still have instructor capacity.”
Per-leg inventory and standby lists.
“Build an air taxi booking app for three island hops a day. Track seat inventory per leg, collect passenger weights and phone numbers, maintain standby lists, and publish a morning status page passengers can check before driving out.”
Weather credits and refunds are separate. A moved flight can issue a credit in one click. A cash refund can wait for named approval, with the reason kept on the record.
Roles can split operations and money. A seasonal pilot can see today’s load sheets and not financial records. Office roles can see the full booking and payment history.
Private galleries can follow the booking. After the flight, seat-camera photos can land in a private gallery attached to each booking.
Tour operators also need to be found by local visitors. Kliv for local businesses covers that public-discovery side.
Kliv is an AI that builds custom web apps from a description. For flight booking, it can build departures, checkout, passenger forms, load sheets, status notifications, credits, and charter quotes.
A real app. Your aircraft, routes, seat limits, payload rules, forms, prices, and admin screens are built around your operation.
Yes. You can change routes, limits, booking forms, weather statuses, credit rules, or reports later.
You can change status once per departure, notify all attached bookings, and offer rebook or credit choices. Cash refunds can require approval.
If your operation needs it, yes. The form can ask plainly at checkout, and the number can be visible only to operations roles.
Yes. A gift flight can be a product bought today and redeemed later with a code when the recipient picks a date.
A quote can store route, hours, rate, and expiry. When accepted, it can become a booking through the same checkout.
No. Customers pay by card. Payments run through your Stripe account.
No. Kliv does not take a payment cut. Card fees are between you and Stripe.
Yes. The booking site can run on your own domain.
