Kliv is an AI app builder. Describe the loyalty program you want — points, tiers, rewards, subscriptions, staff tools, and win-back emails — and it builds it on your own Stripe account.
Just enter your idea into the text box and AI will build it for you
Kliv isn’t a rented points tool with a fixed setup — it’s an AI that builds software for you.
You describe the app you need in plain words, and Kliv builds it: the points ledger, member accounts, tiers, rewards, checkout, staff screens, and reminders. What you get is a real application that’s yours, running on your own Stripe account where payments are involved. It isn’t a template.
On this page, that app is a customer loyalty program. Kliv builds all kinds of web apps; this is one example.
Many loyalty platforms rent you a points system and charge by member. The more your program works, the more expensive it becomes, and the ledger of points lives in someone else’s database.
Kliv builds the loyalty program beside your own orders. A point is a row tied to the order that earned it. A tier is an entitlement. A reward can go through checkout, leave a receipt, and update inventory like any other order.
A loyalty program needs a ledger, rules, and customer-facing benefits.
Every earn and burn is a row with a reason: order, promotion, or staff adjustment. Balances are computed from history.
Regular, Gold, or founder’s club. Tier status is earned from the ledger and enforced as an entitlement, such as access to early limited roasts.
A free 250-gram bag, a cupping-class seat, or a mug can be a reward with a point cost. Redemptions can run through checkout and keep receipts and inventory correct.
One point per dollar, double points on launch weekends, no points on gift cards. Rules have dates, so promotions start and stop on schedule.
Baristas can look up members, credit café purchases, and see pending redemptions from a staff-only view.
Here’s how one roastery might use it. It’s only an example — you would describe your own earning rules, tiers, rewards, staff roles, and promotions.
Lena’s customer joins from a QR code in the café with email and a passkey. The first purchase writes points to the ledger before the drink is finished.
The customer starts a two-bag monthly subscription online. Each renewal earns points because loyalty and billing read the same order records.
At 500 points, the customer moves to Gold and the early-access page for limited roasts opens immediately.
The customer spends 200 points on a free 250-gram bag. Checkout runs at zero dollars, sends a receipt, and decrements inventory like any other sale.
After 90 days without a purchase, a scheduled job sends the double-points weekend offer Lena wrote, with start and end dates already set.
Kliv builds from your description, so the more detail you give, the closer the first version. Include earn rules, tier thresholds, rewards, staff roles, expiry, and promotions. Here are three to build on:
Two cafés, one ledger, Gold tier, and rewards.
“Build a loyalty program for our two cafés and online store. Customers earn 1 point per dollar, Gold starts at 500 points, Gold members get early access to limited roasts, 200 points redeems a free 250-gram bag through checkout, and staff can credit missed café purchases from a manager-approved screen.”
Visit-based earning, booking, and win-back email.
“Build a loyalty app for our salon. Every 5th completed visit earns a 20% discount code, members can book online, and clients who have not visited for 60 days get a win-back email with a dated offer.”
Points, member events, and a free-book reward.
“Build a reader club for our bookshop. Customers earn 1 point per $1 spent, a free book unlocks at 300 points, members get a private event calendar, and points expire after 18 months unless we mark the member as founder’s club.”
Tiers are access rules. Gold can open the early-access page, member pricing, and tasting-event calendar. If your rules say points expire, access can close when the ledger changes.
Promotions have start and end dates. Double-points weekends and member prices can run as promotion codes and price windows in the catalog, so offers start and stop when announced.
You can test the year first. In the Sandbox, the program can run on test payments and simulated time: subscription renewals, a failed card, recovery emails, and a zero-dollar redemption before your Stripe account is connected.
The ledger is yours; the payments, promotions, subscriptions, and receipts use Kliv’s commerce engine, which has a page of its own.
Kliv is an AI app builder for custom web apps. You describe your loyalty program, it builds the app, and you own the result.
A real app. Kliv builds the member records, points ledger, rules, rewards, checkout, staff screens, and reports around your program.
Yes. You can change earn rates, add tiers, add rewards, alter expiry, or create new promotions by asking for changes.
If your rules say so. Expiry can be 18 months, never, or something else. Expired points write ledger rows with reasons, so disputes have a history.
Yes, by role. A barista can credit a missed purchase, a manager can approve negative adjustments, and every change names its author.
Yes. Online orders can earn automatically, while café purchases can be credited from a staff screen or member QR code. Both write to the same ledger.
Nothing per member. Kliv does not price by your member count or transaction volume. Payments run through your own Stripe account.
No. Customers just pay by card. Stripe is how payments reach your account.
Yes. A points redemption can be an order at zero dollars, with a receipt and inventory update.
Yes. Earning rules and promotion windows can have start and end dates, so the offer runs only when you said it would.
Yes. The loyalty app can run on your own domain.
Yes. The code syncs to your own Git repository, so leaving is a git pull rather than a rebuild.
