The patient books and completes intake
A referred patient books a 60-minute assessment and completes intake from home. Priya reads the history before the visit starts.
The first plan is in the portal
After the assessment, the first exercise sheet is uploaded to the patient portal before the patient leaves the parking lot.
A prepaid pack tracks visits
The patient buys a 10-session pack for $850. Each attended follow-up spends one session, and the remaining balance is visible.
Reminders reduce phone calls
Each Tuesday evening, tomorrow’s reminder goes out. If the patient misses a visit, the rebooking link brings them back without a phone call.
The home program progresses
At each visit, the therapist replaces the exercise sheet with the next progression. Old sheets and receipts remain in the patient history.

Money and attendance agree. The session pack is a purchase whose balance the diary spends, so receipts, remaining sessions, and visit records use the same source.
