Dating & Matchmaking
Kliv is an AI app builder. Describe your dating and matchmaking platform, and it builds applications, curated introductions, private profiles, mutual contact release, feedback, and memberships.
Just enter your idea into the text box and AI will build it for you
Kliv isn’t a dating template or a swipe app you rebrand — it’s an AI that builds software for you.
You describe the app you need in plain words, and Kliv builds it: the database, profiles, access rules, introduction flow, moderation screens, membership billing, and admin tools. What you get is a real app that’s yours. You can run it on your own domain, take payments through your own Stripe account, and change it later by asking. It isn’t a template.
On this page, that app is a dating and matchmaking platform. Kliv builds all kinds of web apps; this is one category.
Most dating software assumes a public pool where members browse or swipe through profiles. A boutique matchmaking practice works differently: staff screen members, make introductions two people at a time, and protect information until both sides agree.
Kliv builds those privacy rules into the app. A profile is readable only inside an active introduction that includes that member. Contact details stay sealed until both sides accept. The limits are data rules, not just hidden buttons.
Matchmaking depends on information that must be carefully scoped.
Accepted members have records with preferences, boundaries, availability, and staff-only notes. Members do not browse the whole roster.
Each introduction connects two members, curated profile cards, and a state: proposed, accepted, declined, or met. The rest of the flow hangs from this record.
A profile is readable only inside an introduction that includes the viewer. Outside that context, the row returns nothing.
Phone numbers and last names stay sealed until both members accept. Before that state change, those fields are not served.
After a meeting, each member can send private feedback to staff. Feedback is staff-only and helps guide the next introduction.
A three-month engagement with a set number of introductions can run as a subscription. Plan entitlements control what each member receives, and premium extras open by themselves.
Here’s how one matchmaking business might use an app built with Kliv. It’s only an example — you would describe your own application, screening, privacy, and feedback rules.
A prospect applies through Maya’s form, which asks real questions. Nothing is public; the application is a row only staff can read.
The matchmaker books the screening call through the app’s calendar, takes notes on the member record, and accepts or kindly declines. Photos pass a moderation queue before any card is built.
Two members each receive a curated card: first name, story, and three photos. Neither can find the other anywhere else in the system.
Both members accept, so contact details unlock for both in the same moment, and Maya gets the one notification she actually cares about.
After the date, each member fills the private form. A second date can book itself, or a polite no can sharpen Maya’s next match.
Kliv builds from your description, so the more detail you give, the closer the first version. Include applications, membership rules, profile visibility, contact release, moderation, and feedback. Here are three to build on:
Curated introductions and sealed contacts.
“Build a matchmaking platform for my boutique service. Members should apply first, staff should approve applications, I should make curated introductions, profiles should be visible only inside an introduction, contact details should unlock only when both members accept, and feedback after each date should be private to staff.”
Ticketed dinners with match reveals.
“Build a members site for our singles events. Members should create moderated profiles, buy tickets for dinners, mark who they would like to meet after each event, and open messaging only when both people choose each other.”
Paid membership and moderated profiles.
“Build a dating community for hikers. Members should pay for membership, submit profiles and photos for moderation, browse only approved profiles, message only after both members like each other, and report bad behavior to staff.”
The privacy rule is in the database. Every read checks who may see this profile, photo, message thread, or feedback form. Changing the menu does not change the rule underneath.
Privacy can be tested before launch. A Scenario test can sign in as one member and try another member’s profile, a sealed phone number, or someone else’s feedback form. The test should show those reads return nothing before you publish.
Membership can match the practice. A $900 quarterly engagement with three introductions a month can run as a subscription on your own Stripe account. If a client pauses, introductions and billing pause while history stays in place. Failed cards can retry while a recovery email goes out.
The patterns here — plans, pauses, gates that follow payment — are the membership playbook. See how membership businesses run on Kliv when you’re ready for the wider view.

A real app. Applications, profiles, introductions, contact release, feedback, roles, and membership rules are built for your practice, not filled into a generic dating template.
Yes. You can ask to change application questions, membership plans, moderation steps, introduction states, or visibility rules later.
Staff can see the member records they are allowed to manage. Other members see a curated profile card only inside an active introduction that includes them.
Photos can pass a moderation queue before appearing on any card. File access follows the same introduction rules, so photos are not visible outside the allowed context.
Yes. Phone numbers and last names can stay sealed until both sides accept the introduction. Before that, those fields are not served.
Yes. Pause and resume can be part of the subscription. While paused, introductions and billing can stop while history and preferences remain.
No. Membership payments run on your own Stripe account, and Kliv does not take a per-member payment cut.
No. Members pay by card. Stripe is how money reaches your account.
A report can open a staff-only case. Staff can freeze a member’s introductions immediately, and actions can be recorded with a name and timestamp.
Yes. The platform can run on your own domain and go live as soon as you build it.
Yes. The code syncs to your own Git repository, and your data is exportable.
