Kliv is an AI app builder. Describe the class and lesson management system you need — levels, terms, caps, waitlists, make-up credits, and parent progress — and Kliv builds it.
Just enter your idea into the text box and AI will build it for you
Kliv isn’t a booking tool with fixed settings — it’s an AI app builder that builds software for you.
You describe the app you need in plain words, and Kliv builds the database, the rules, the screens, and the parent portal. You own the result, run it on your own domain and accounts, and keep changing it by asking for changes. It isn’t a template.
On this page, that app is a class and lesson management system. Kliv builds many kinds of web apps; this is one example.
A lesson program is more than bookings. Children move through levels, levels fill classes, classes run across terms, and make-up rules depend on notice, capacity, and timing.
If those rules live in a spreadsheet, an email waitlist, and a clipboard, slots sit empty while families wait and every term change creates another round of messages.
Kliv builds the system around your ladder: levels, terms, caps, re-enrollment windows, make-up credits, and parent progress in one database.
What the school knows, and where each rule holds.
Minnow, Otter, Marlin, or your own levels. Each class has a weekly slot, instructor, and cap. A class capped at six cannot sell a seventh seat.
Each child has level history, signed-off skills, badges, and instructor notes. Parents see their own children and no one else’s.
An 8-week term at $172 can open first to current families, then to the public. The window is a rule in the catalog.
Cancel with the notice you require and a credit appears on the family account. It can book into an open same-level slot and expire at term end.
Certifications, availability, substitutions, and coverage stay in one place. A substitution updates the affected class pages.
Here’s how one swim school might use a class and lesson system built with Kliv. It’s only an example — you would describe your own levels, terms, caps, and make-up policy.
Tove opens re-enrollment ten days before the public launch. Most spots fill before the public link goes live, without a manual announcement.
A family moves away during registration. The first family in line gets a claim link with 48 hours on the clock. If they miss it, the offer moves down the list.
A parent cancels with enough notice. The credit appears on the family account, and they book it into an open Otter lane from a phone.
An instructor signs off back-float and ten-meter freestyle from the deck. That evening, the badge and note are visible on the child’s page.
An Otter passes assessment. Next term’s checkout is prefilled for Marlin, Tuesdays at 16:30, because the system knows the child’s level.
Kliv builds from your description, so the more detail you give, the closer the first version. Include levels, caps, prices, term length, make-up policy, and parent views. Here are three examples to build on:
Levels, caps, waitlists, make-up credits, and parent logins.
“Build a swim school app with Minnow, Otter, and Marlin levels, 8-week terms at $172, six swimmers per class, a waitlist with 48-hour claim links, make-up credits that expire at term end, and parent accounts that show badges and progress.”
Age groups, court capacity, seasonal enrollment, and coach notes.
“Build a tennis clinic manager with Red, Orange, and Green Ball groups, four-court capacity limits per session, spring and summer enrollment windows, coach notes after each clinic, and parent pages that show attendance and progress.”
Weekly private slots, term billing, make-up rules, and practice logs.
“Build a music lesson studio app with weekly private piano and violin slots, 10-week terms at $340, make-up rules for missed lessons with 24-hour notice, recital participation tracking, and a practice log each student’s family can see.”
Capacity is enforced at checkout. The class row carries its cap, and enrollment reads that row during purchase. Two families cannot both take the last Minnow seat.
The term is the product. $172 buys eight named weeks. A sibling discount can be a promotion code. The early window belongs to current families because checkout checks who is current. Payments settle to the school’s own Stripe account.
Parents see exactly their family. Parent logins show their children’s levels, badges, make-up credits, and notes. Other families’ children do not appear.
The recap can run on schedule. A Friday digest can assemble skills practiced, badges signed off, and what comes next from the same records instructors used on deck.
Underneath the lessons, this is a teaching business. The courses solutions page covers cohorts, curricula, and completion in more depth.
Kliv is an AI app builder. You describe your class and lesson system, and it builds a real app with enrollment, payments, waitlists, parent pages, and progress records.
A real app. Kliv builds around your levels, term dates, caps, prices, make-up policy, and parent communication.
Yes. You can change levels, prices, caps, make-up rules, term dates, or parent views by asking for changes.
Your make-up policy runs as written. With enough notice, a credit can land on the family account, book into an open same-level slot, and expire when the term ends.
No. A parent account sees its own family’s children. Other students’ records are not returned to that account.
When a seat opens, the first family gets a claim link and a time limit, such as 48 hours. If it lapses, the offer moves to the next family.
Yes. You can sell the remaining weeks at a price you set, while the class cap still holds.
Yes. Re-enrollment windows can open first to current families, then to new families.
Yes. Instructors can mark skills, badges, notes, and attendance from a phone if you build that workflow.
Yes. Term fees, sibling discounts, and make-up charges can run through your own Stripe account.
No. Families just pay by card or the payment methods you enable.
Yes. The public enrollment pages and parent portal can run on your own domain.
