Kliv is an AI app builder. Describe the clan management dashboard your guild needs — rosters, raid signups, applications, officer rules, supporter tiers, and DKP — and Kliv builds it.
Just enter your idea into the text box and AI will build it for you
Kliv isn’t a guild template or spreadsheet replacement you fill in — it’s an AI app builder that builds software for you.
You describe the app you need in plain words, and Kliv builds the database, the logic, the screens, and the roles. You own the result, run it on your own domain and accounts, and keep changing it by asking for changes. It isn’t a template.
On this page, that app is a clan management dashboard. Kliv builds many kinds of web apps; this is one example.
Large guilds often run on a roster spreadsheet, signup posts, officer notes, and a points sheet that only a few people can edit. That works until a drop is contested, a recruit needs history, or someone asks why they were benched.
Kliv builds those operations as one app. Roster, applications, calendar, DKP, officer notes, Discord posts, and supporter perks can all read from the same records.
The rules you already enforce by argument become rules the app enforces before the argument starts.
Five tables that replace the pinned spreadsheet.
Every character is a record, and an alt points to its main. Attendance and points roll up to the player, so nobody builds priority on a second name.
A recruit’s application can be a thread with an officer vote attached. The recruit sees the interview, while the tally is visible only to officers.
A Thursday raid can require two tanks, four healers, and fourteen damage. Signups count against role quotas, and overflow goes to a visible bench queue.
Every award and spend is a dated row with an author and reason. The balance is arithmetic over history, not a cell someone can quietly change.
Members who pay $4 a month for clan costs can get supporter flair and raid-lock priority. The perk follows payment, and a lapsed card ends it on schedule.
Here’s how one guild might use a clan dashboard built with Kliv. It’s only an example — you would describe your own roster, raid rules, points rules, and officer process.
The Stormcallers’ final boss drops an axe that appears twice a year. Two raiders both think they should get it.
Eighteen months of awards and spends are filterable by player. One raider passed in March and kept priority; the other spent points in June.
The axe is assigned and the points come off in the same write. The row names the boss, item, officer, and reason.
Instead of a long argument, the guild has the drop, the ledger row, and the result. Members can check the same history officers used.
Kliv builds from your description, so the more detail you give, the closer the first version. Include roster rules, roles, quotas, point rules, and private officer areas. Here are three examples to build on:
Per-game rosters with one shared player record and ledger.
“Build a clan management dashboard for a guild raiding in two games. Track per-game rosters, link mains to alts, run raid signups with role quotas, and keep one shared DKP ledger with awards, spends, dates, authors, and reasons.”
Applications, private votes, and probation tasks.
“Build a clan dashboard where applicants fill a tryout form, officers vote privately, accepted trials get a six-week probation checklist, and rejected applicants can see their own application but not officer notes.”
Profiles, events, attendance, and officer announcements.
“Build a guild roster app with member profiles, event signups, attendance streaks, announcements only officers can post, and a Discord notification when a signup opens.”
Discord stays where the conversation happens. Kliv apps can connect with Discord. The calendar can post Thursday’s lineup, and a finalized signup can ping the bench when a slot opens. The record stays in the dashboard.
Supporter payments are handled cleanly. A $4 monthly supporter tier can run through checkout on the clan’s own Stripe account, with receipts, failed-card retries, and a self-serve billing page. Kliv does not bill by roster size.
Officer business stays officer-only. Votes, strike notes, and recruitment blocklists are rows with officer-only rules. A member account has no path to those records.
A clan is a membership club with raids. When roster, dues, and access matter, the membership solutions page is the broader version.
Kliv is an AI app builder. You describe the clan dashboard you need, and it builds a real app with rosters, roles, calendars, ledgers, and permissions.
A real app. Kliv builds around your guild’s games, raid roles, point rules, application process, and officer permissions.
Yes. You can ask for different quotas, point rules, application stages, or supporter perks later.
Yes. The ledger can seed from a CSV so existing dates, awards, spends, and balances come over before new rows start.
Members can see the roster, calendar, ledger, and their own application history. Officer votes, strike notes, and payment details are scoped to officer roles.
Because the role quota filled. A raid that needs two tanks takes two, and the next tank lands on the bench with timestamped priority carried forward.
No. Run roster, raids, applications, and DKP without payments. Connect Stripe only if you add a supporter tier.
No. Kliv does not bill by how many members are in your guild.
Yes. It can connect with Discord so lineups, slot changes, and signup updates reach the channels where members already talk.
Yes. Votes are records scoped to officer roles, so applicants and regular members cannot read them.
Yes. The dashboard can run on your own domain.
Yes. The app’s code syncs to your own Git repository, so leaving is a git pull.
