Security & Authentication
Kliv is an AI app builder. Describe your identity verification platform: document uploads, provider results, account levels, document expiries, review queues, incident freezes, and order caps the catalog obeys.
Just enter your idea into the text box and AI will build it for you
Kliv isn’t an ID-check vendor. It’s an AI app builder that builds software for you.
You describe the app you need in plain words, and Kliv builds it: the data, upload flows, review queues, screens, permissions, and business rules that use verification results. What you get is a real application that’s yours. You can run it on your own accounts and change it later by asking. It isn’t a template.
On this page, that app is a verification platform that records provider checks, account levels, expiries, reviews, and the limits your business enforces. Kliv builds all kinds of web apps; this is one security and authentication example.
A camera rental house may lend equipment worth tens of thousands of dollars. A document-check provider can inspect an ID, but the rental business still needs to know what level the account has earned, when documents expire, what value cap applies, and who approved exceptions.
Kliv builds the system around that business use. The provider still checks the passport or document. Your app keeps the result and applies the rules the rest of the business must follow.
Five records turn verification into something the business can use.
Each renter has a level such as new, verified, or production, earned through checks and documents. The level has history, not just a note.
IDs, insurance certificates, and proof of address live in private file storage. Each document can carry an expiry date.
Your verification provider’s result lands as a record with reference, outcome, and timestamp. Kliv stores what the provider concluded.
Each level sets the replacement value an order may total. The order form and trust desk read the same level.
A late return or damaged case can flag the account and freeze the level with an author, time, and reason.
Most checks pass without a person. These cases need review.
The provider passes the ID, but the insurance certificate has a different surname. The case lands in a review queue, and the decision keeps its reason.
A nightly job finds documents expiring within 14 days and emails the renter. On the expiry date, the level steps down.
Gear comes back late twice in a season. The account freezes pending review, and the freeze blocks new orders as soon as it is written.
A Level 1 renter requests production status. Their status page lists the documents still missing, so the desk can answer with a link.
Here’s how one rental business might use a verification platform built with Kliv. It’s only an example — you would describe your own provider, levels, documents, and order limits.
Leila’s renter uploads ID, insurance, and proof of address. The files stay private to the renter and the trust desk.
The verification provider returns a pass result. The platform stores the reference, outcome, and timestamp on the renter account.
The renter becomes verified, which allows orders up to the replacement value cap Leila set for that level. The catalog checks the cap before the order can proceed.
An insurance certificate has a different surname. The account enters a review queue, and whoever clears it records the reason.
Fourteen days before expiry, the renter gets an email. If the document expires, the account level steps down and the order cap tightens.
After two late returns, Leila freezes the account with a reason. The freeze blocks new orders and stays on the account history.
Kliv builds from your description, so include the documents, provider, levels, expiry rules, review queues, and business limits. Here are three examples:
Levels that cap order value.
“Build a verification desk for our camera rental business. Renters upload ID, insurance, and proof of address; provider check results are stored on the account; levels are new, verified, and production; and each level caps total replacement value per order.”
Sellers earn listing rights.
“Build a seller verification flow for our marketplace. New sellers upload business ID and tax documents, pass a provider check, and unlock listing categories as their level rises. Mismatches should go to a review queue with reasons recorded.”
Licenses with expiry dates.
“Build a credential verification system for our contractor network. Track license and insurance expiry dates, email contractors 14 days before expiry, step status down on the expiry date, and queue name or certificate mismatches for review.”
A renter sees one account. Signing in shows their documents, level, and what the next level requires. The desk can see the wider book.
Enforcement happens where orders happen. Because levels and the catalog share a database, an order above the account’s cap cannot be assembled.
Every decision keeps its author. Level changes, freezes, overrides, and review outcomes are rows with who, when, and why.
The renter-facing flow may be the visible part, but the review queue protects the inventory. The unglamorous half of every business runs on tools like these.
Kliv is an AI app builder. You describe the verification platform you need, and it builds the app, records, upload flow, review queues, and business rules.
A real app. Your documents, provider results, levels, expiries, freezes, and order caps are built around your business.
Yes. You can change levels, document requirements, expiry rules, review steps, or order caps by asking.
No. Identity checks stay with your verification provider. Kliv builds the system of record around those checks and applies your business rules to the results.
They can see their level, documents, and what the next level requires. Their view is scoped to their account.
Yes. Levels can inherit the earliest expiry of the documents behind them, warn the renter before expiry, and step down on the date.
The freeze has an author, time, and reason. Reopening it can be handled as a review-queue case, and the final decision joins the same history.
Yes. Each level can define a maximum replacement value, and the order flow can refuse orders above that cap.
Yes. Document files can be private by default and readable only to the renter and the roles you name, such as the trust desk.
Yes, if you allow it. Overrides can require a reason and keep the author and timestamp for later review.
Yes. The code syncs to your own Git repository, so leaving is a git pull rather than a rebuild.
No. The platform is its own admin for levels, document requirements, review queues, account notes, and caps.
