Kliv
    Visual edits

Edit your app by pointing at it

Click any element in your live preview and change it on the spot — colors, spacing, wording, a button's style — instantly, with no rebuild and no chat round-trip. When you need something bigger, the AI is right there to build it.

Edit your app by pointing at it

    Point, change, done

Some changes are faster to make than to describe. Turn on Visual edits, click the thing you want to change, and adjust it directly — pick a new color, retype a heading, swap a component's style. The change lands in your app immediately. For new pages, data, and features, just describe them to the AI as you always have. Quick tweaks by hand, the heavy lifting by AI — and they stay in step.

From click to live, in order

Visual edits keep the same discipline as everything else you build on Kliv: change freely, publish deliberately.

    01

    Point at it

Click any element in your live preview — a heading, a button, a card. No hunting through files for the thing you can already see.

    02

    Change it in place

Retype the words, pick the color, adjust the spacing, swap the style. The controls are visual; the change is real code underneath.

    03

    See it in the preview

Your edit lands in the same live preview the AI builds into — one app, whichever hand made the change.

    04

    Publish when ready

Nothing reaches your users until you publish. Fiddle, compare, undo — the audience sees only the version you chose to ship.

    Common questions

    What can I change visually?

The visual layer: wording, colors, spacing, styles, images — the tweaks that are faster to make than to describe. New pages, data, and behavior stay a sentence away in the same conversation.

Will my hand edits fight the AI's changes?

No — both land in the same app and the same preview. The AI builds around your tweaks instead of overwriting them; quick edits by hand and heavy lifting by AI stay in step.

    Can I break something?

Changes land in the preview, not in front of your users — publishing is a deliberate step. And snapshots give you restore points, so even a bold experiment is one step from undone.

Do I need to know CSS?

No — you adjust what you see with visual controls. The code underneath stays real, though: if you want to open it and edit by hand, it's yours to open.
