The course library
Listing presentation, contract-to-close, pricing conversation, and other modules are written once and versioned. Completions name the version passed.
The drip schedule
Modules unlock relative to each hire’s start date, such as day one, day eight, and day fifteen.
Quizzes and attempts
Each module can have a pass mark. Every attempt stores score, date, and module version.
The completion record
Completion is stored per agent, module, and version. Permissions such as phones, solo open houses, or lockbox codes can read that record.
The broker’s board
The managing broker can see who is stuck, who needs a retake, and whose refresher is coming due.

The first week stays focused

What runs between Mondays
The drip is a scheduled job. Each hire’s unlock dates are computed from their own start date, and a server-side function opens the next module when it is due.
Completion can change permissions. A completion record can drive a role change, so access to phones, open houses, or other responsibilities follows the pass mark.
Each role sees its slice. An agent sees her own attempts. A mentor can see mentees. The managing broker can see the board. Row-level rules draw those lines in the database.
This academy is internal, but the machinery is course machinery. Course businesses, where seats are sold uses the same engine in a different setting.
